The tasting menu was excellent. Not everything was perfect (the wafer cannolini at the amuse bouche weren't crunchy, for example), but finally a selection of dishes that were out of the ordinary and uninspired. The chef certainly has a great hand and excellent taste!
The outdoor dining area is pleasant and elegant. A little background music wouldn't hurt.
The service could be improved, but the staff are all very young and, although still a little unsure of themselves, they're very committed and knowledgeable.
The price was reasonable.
In short, it could have been 4.5 stars, but both for the restaurant's bold philosophy and the wonderful company at my table, it's definitely 5 stars!
