A truly speechless experience: the welcome, the service, the location, the wine pairing, the most absurd culinary experience we have ever tried. We tasted the "Alice in Wonderland" menu, and it was pure genius and madness! Extraordinary! A special thanks to Sonia, who with great passion and enthusiasm described each dish and each wine pairing for all the courses.

One of my favorite places, always. Chef Cotilli's cuisine is intelligent, refined and fun. Attention to an agricultural and marshy territory, but also a lot of imagination and desire to explore. Excellent wines. Precise and welcoming service. We return often because it never disappoints. Absolutely star-studded experience. Exceptional.

A sui generis experience in the province of Latina and a short distance from Nettuno. The menus with the Chef's proposals, in this period (February 2024) in the style of Alice in Wonderland, are divided into courses from €100 (€70 without drinks) and from €130 (€90 without drinks) to person, or, on some Sundays of the year to be checked via social channels, in a menu from €30 per person (various starters, a first course, dessert and coffee), with the possibility of stocking up on wine to your liking. The location, both internal and external, is comfortable and the dining room staff is very attentive and courteous. The experience is also very suitable as a gift and you can spend an entire day in the area without getting bored, also thanks to the well-known "Casale del Giglio" winery which is next door to Satricvm.

You don't eat the usual food.......but delicacies that you don't find in other restaurants.

I have been to this restaurant twice, I must say that in addition to the splendid setting, the gourmet food is also excellent, the only thing that leaves me perplexed is that there are no changes in the menu, the courses are always and only the same.
