21/09/2025: We got a table off to the side inside, which might be why we didn’t receive the same level of attention as the guests in the garden. The service was very friendly but rather chaotic. The food was served promptly, yet we had to step in regarding the bill. The dishes were nicely presented and the menu items were interesting, but in our opinion they lacked flavor and any truly exciting elements. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

14/09/2025: I tried this beautiful and quaint osteria for the first time with my parents. We were thrilled and impressed by everyone's warm welcome and the delicious, expertly prepared food. Nothing fancy, but the tastes and flavors that are hard to find these days, from the excellent antipasto del brigante to the exquisite lamb ribs, everything was delicious. 08/10/2025: We enjoyed the food, the wine, the atmosphere. The waiter was out of himself when we left a tip. The lady who was cooking did a very fine job, maybe adding a bit too much salt. We chose savory traditional dishes and were very pleased with it all, very tasty, simple, honest. Can recommend the sausage with potatoes, the pasta con vongole, the fresh salads.

16/09/2025: I have to say, I'm always happy to have an excuse to come for a "Group Pizza Party" with friends, classmates, or family. The food is delicious and the prices are fair. The service and the waiters are excellent and available for everything. Recommended if you want to enjoy a good pizza dinner as a couple or group before going out to the square, since it's very close by car or on foot (4 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot).

Now let's talk about the dishes: I'm from Rome, and I have to say that the food served at this trattoria is reminiscent of the Roman cuisine it claims to be inspired by. After all, the place is located in Latina, and neither the owner nor the chef are from Rome, so it's a bit like eating pizza at Little Italy in New York, but overall, it's okay. Unpretentious, it's okay. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER'S RESPONSE 👇🏻 * No "racism" 😃😃😃, especially because you're not "outside the GRA" ring road. You're in Latina, a truly different city, more than 70km from Rome, a city that's a province unto itself, just like Frosinone, Viterbo, or Rieti. ** In Rome, Egyptian chefs only work in a few inexpensive restaurants in the center, in tourist hotspots. Roman cuisine is something very different and can be found in the more "authentic" neighborhoods. Romans know where to go. *** Don't be jealous, I still found you very friendly, and the service was impeccable. Maybe one day when I'm back in town, I'll come back and visit you and let me try something typical of Latina.

18/10/2025: Great experience at Giorgione. The carbonara was a 10/10, the sa io e pepe was good. The amatriciana could have been more flavorful with the guanciale. The tiramisu was good. Fast and courteous service. Fair price for generous portions. WELL DONE!

22/08/2025: A place surrounded by greenery. Just a few kilometers from the stunning Torre Astura sea. Very welcoming rooms, with a modern and innovative design. All the necessary comforts are present, without being pretentious, of course, considering it's a B&B. We stayed in the Green Suite. In my opinion, every detail was meticulously designed and beautifully appointed. The cleanliness is nothing short of astonishing. The perfect location to unwind and find some peace and relaxation. The owners are helpful and friendly. I recommend this experience to everyone.

10/09/2025: A place 50 meters from the sea where you can grab a sandwich in the front, but which hides a small seafood restaurant in the back. Don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant, but rather a family-friendly atmosphere. Where you can eat local seafood at a more than fair price.
