03/05/2025: Typical tavern in the center of Cori. A little hidden, inside the Hotel del Colle. Location still stuck in the 70s with a small, very private internal garden. Very friendly welcome, but the real difference is made by Giuseppe, a unique and unrepeatable host, he believes in his profession with every cell of his heart, passionate and in love with the dishes that his mother has been offering and cooking for more than 60 years, capable of narrating the menu in such a way that he could sell you anything and let you taste everything. The cuisine is real, authentic, passionate, with delicacies all homemade, from stuffed and non-stuffed pastas, sauces, cooked meats and desserts. Generous, tasty and characterful dishes. Simple, attentive and fast service. Prices in line with what is served.

I tempi di attesa per l’arrivo dei piatti sono stati eccessivamente lunghi e le porzioni di pesce servite si sono rivelate molto scarse, soprattutto se rapportate ai prezzi decisamente elevati. Un’esperienza al di sotto delle aspettative. Purtroppo, non mi sento di consigliare questo ristorante.

03/05/2025: Piccolo e curato ristorante, lontano dal caos del Circeo. Parcheggio difronte la struttura. Interno grazioso con tavoli ben distanziati e apparecchiatura “minimal”. All’interno grande braciere che fa da padrone e vasta esposizione di carne di produzione propria. Ottima la bufala cucinata con o senza osso. Sfiziosi gli antipasti (una nota di merito alla mezza melanzana alla brace!). Dolci molto golosi, primo tra tutti il loro tiramisù…buono e bello da vedere! Personale gentile e professionale.

30/04/2025: Meraviglioso. Di passaggio in zona per una breve vacanza, abbiamo prenotato incoraggiati dalle ottime recensioni e siamo stati talmente bene che siamo tornati anche la sera successiva. Un posto che ti fa sentire a casa, accoglienza e servizio calorosi ma mai invadenti, gentilezza e allegria. L’ambiente è rustico e raffinato allo stesso tempo e il menù accattivante. Gli ingredienti genuini e di produzione propria o comunque locale sono presentati in piatti della tradizione ma con un carattere attuale e innovativo. Abbiamo trovato ogni piatto delizioso, con un plauso particolare ai dolci. Notevole il tiramiBù… da provare assolutamente. Unico cruccio è il non poter tornare spesso visto che siamo umbri!

28/04/2025: There are flavours, combinations and combinations that can only be discovered by traveling around the world and this is certainly what these two guys did because what they prepare exceeds expectations and imagination. The restaurant is furnished with taste and great attention to detail, there is always light rock playing in the background which does not disturb the diners who want to chat but which at the same time involves and makes you sing, the range of wines pairs very well with the exquisite dishes on offer. It is a restaurant to discover but above all to return to. Perfect for a Sunday outing on two wheels from Naples.

Vini di buona scelta. Il locale é accogliente, arredato con gusto e il titolare molto gentile. Super consigliato!!

I can only thank all of you who contributed to making the day perfect with the delicacies you prepared, the impeccable service, the friendliness of all the staff...in short, only compliments!! I tell you that: • The food was quality and carefully prepared. • The friendly and pleasant staff. • The view is directly on the port. • The external tables are protected by a structure equipped with sliding glass, to modulate the passage of air. 19/10/2024: Bel ristorante sulla spiaggia di Terracina con visuale sul monte che dà sul tempio di Giove. I piatti sono piccoli ma ben guarniti, stile gourmet. Anni fa non era così, piatti abbondanti e prezzo ottimo.

20/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my girlfriend and the experience was truly excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and cared for in every detail, perfect for a special evening. The food was simply fabulous, each dish was a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Unfortunately I was unable to taste the wine, but knowing the quality of the rest, I am sure that the wine selection would also be up to par. Highly recommended!

13/05/2025: A commendable discovery, the perfect combination of raw materials and culinary innovation. In my opinion, the Chosen restaurant, by Chef Cima Vincenzo, is a reality that has been consolidated for some years in our city and expresses its territorial identity by building a bridge of taste culture between flavors of the past and constructions of the future, as it should be. The place is truly well-kept and welcoming The wine list is also excellent and pairs commendably with the menu proposals. I recommend stopping by to visit these guys who are so friendly and at the same time professional.

25/05/2025: Today for the first time I discovered this truly exceptional place, excellent quality, spectacular owner, excellent welcome...super good appetizer...my god bread...sauces...first courses...in short, simply EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!
