The service was impeccable: Angelica looked after us with great professionalism, attention, and kindness, making us feel welcomed from the first moment until the end of the dinner. Always smiling, knowledgeable, and available to recommend dishes, she made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was simply delicious: quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and dishes crafted with attention to detail. You could sense the passion both in the kitchen and in the dining room.

In the final remarks, as soon as the second course was finished, there were a few small encouragements to respect the second sitting. On a sad note, the owner, as soon as he heard the negative comments about some of the comments, became resentful and insulted me. On a sad note, from a renowned restaurant, I expected much more; I think the prices don't reflect the quality. For example, a grilled dish costs 22 euros. Cm from the photo.

13/10/2025: We came here for the patron saint's day for the second time. The first time I had a good meal, but this time it was even better. I noticed many improvements in the dishes I'd already tried, like the fried tripe. I recommend all the dishes that include the typical Fondane sausage, but the classic carbonara is also excellent. We'll be back!

09/12/2025: I already knew this place, thanks to my friend Alfredo Cetrone, nestled in the Sonnino countryside. Great hospitality and professionalism, everything is run by two chef brothers and their families. The chef in charge of the grill impressed me with his precision on the grill, the surgical perfection of the cuts and the management of the flames, but above all, his pleasantness. I took his advice and ate some incredible dishes, perhaps the best snails, mutton, and lamb I've ever had. CONGRATULATIONS, GUYS!

17/02/2026: We found this trattoria thanks to a recommendation from Anna, an employee at Bar Mon Amour in Aprilia. We found it to be a very welcoming, quiet place, with kind, helpful, and smiling staff. The dishes we chose were sublime: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, fettuccine with artichoke cream, and pasta with provola and potatoes. What can I say about the grilled chicken breast accompanied by boiled potatoes...delicious! To finish, the black truffle ice cream...my mouth is still watering!! And the price??? Go and tell me. Every time I go to Aprilia, I'll have no doubts: I'll have lunch at Uncle Armando's ❤️
