The strong point was the extraordinary flexibility and attention to our needs: they were extremely willing to modify the menu to accommodate our food allergies, without any problems and ensuring maximum safety. Furthermore, despite the restaurant being packed for the holiday, the service was extremely fast, organized, and always with a smile. A truly rare efficiency on a day like Ferragosto. Compliments to all the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

19/07/2026: Let's start with the positives: the fettuccine with truffle, the ramekin with tomato sauce, and the braised pork cheek were all very good, but everything else needs work. Little customer service and subpar desserts. They served our main courses immediately, and then nothing; we waited twenty minutes before calling the waitress, who, after clearing the table, didn't provide us with any information or a menu for the desserts. After ordering, we waited another 30 minutes before calling again, as the wait staff had forgotten our order. Given the dishes we'd previously tasted, we had high expectations for the taste and presentation of the desserts, but we were disappointed. Too bad... we had high hopes from the start. P.S. Given the paper menu, we recommend adding any changes and non-menu items to it daily.

The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, with that old-world charm that's rare these days. ​The courtesy and professionalism of the staff was a real discovery: excellent service, always kind and attentive. Add to this the truly fair and affordable prices, a quality that's no small feat these days. ​Highly recommended, whether for a quick coffee break or a relaxing moment.

A historic bar in Gaeta with numerous references to the Carabinieri, this modern yet distinctive and well-air-conditioned venue offers good-quality, reasonably priced food, expertly prepared. The service is quick and courteous, with a touch of kindness that never distracts, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Located at the beginning of the seafront promenade and near a large parking lot in the historic center.

14/06/2026: This review is only for the service, as we gave up on lunch after more than 40 minutes of waiting. We saw all the surrounding tables served, and they arrived after us. They even received complimentary bruschetta "complimentary from the chef" within 5 minutes of arriving, and we weren't even brought bread, despite having requested simple dishes. Terrible management and customer service; definitely a place to avoid if you don't want to waste your time.
