27/12/2023: Avevo perso la speranza di avere il Rubyngo a tavola. Inaspettata è arrivata la chiamata di Debora. Il panettone era profumatissimo, soffice, con i pezzi di mango all’interno. Il cioccolato ruby, per noi una novità, buonissimo a guarnire il panettone. Che dire, bravi tutti, come sempre. Grazie per aver saputo rendere felice la nosta giornata.

02/10/2023: Cena di coppia. Locale accogliente e ben tenuto, terrazza accogliente, personale disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo preso 2 primi , mezze maniche al polpo e spaghetti allo soglio, buoni e per secondo una grigliata mista di pesce, presentata in maniera impeccabile, peccato che i crostacei non fossero freschi e che il trancio di pesce spada si sfaldava sotto le posate come fa il pesce decongelato. A onor del vero c'è da dire che il ristorante il giorno dopo avrebbe chiuso per fine stagione e forse è questo il motivo della "scarsa" qualità della materia prima, ma a mio giudizio sarebbe stato più elegante segnalare nel menu la scarsa disponibilità di pesce fresco e magari tenersi più bassi nel prezzo. Sarebbe da riprovare durante la stagione piena e verificare l'effettiva qualità. Pagato 40€ a persona che in condizioni normali è un prezzo nella media, magari in questa occasione è stato un tantino esagerato.

The evening was an unforgettable culinary experience, thanks to the freshness and quality of the dishes offered. The appetizers, in particular, conquered our palate with a variety of flavors and generosity that leave us speechless. The montanarina with cockles proved to be an original and delicious option, while the grilled octopus and fried cod balls were simply irresistible. The seafood stew was a riot of flavor and freshness, while the seared tuna reached levels of sublime perfection. I can't forget to mention the classic fried calamari, expertly executed and impeccably presented. The location of the restaurant is another strong point: welcoming, valuable and enriched by a large fireplace which adds warmth and atmosphere to the context. The hosts Noemi, Vasco, Giovanni, the legendary father Salvatore, proved to be extremely kind and attentive to our needs, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. Ultimately, the Ai Pozzi restaurant is a true gastronomic jewel, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates with its high quality cuisine and its welcoming environment. I highly recommend a visit to all lovers of good food, both meat and fish.

We had seafood salad, octopus and potatoes, linguine with clams, Catalan-style sliced ​​tuna which it was fantastic, fried calamari and prawns. All delicious accompanied by a white wine, recommended by Daniele, who is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers. All under the watchful eye of Valeria who is a good hostess. I would gladly return. Highly recommended.
