25/11/2025: Memorable Dining Experience: It Was Worth the Trip! We were absolutely blown away by our dinner at this restaurant! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best dining experiences we've had recently. From the start, we were won over by their focaccia: incredibly light and digestible, a true pleasure that opened the meal flawlessly. The main dishes we tried were simply spectacular. The tuna steak was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and melted in the mouth. A true delight. But if there was one dish that left us speechless, it was the koniak shrimp: an exceptional balance of flavors and masterful preparation. The journey to the restaurant was more than worth it for the superb quality of the food. Rarely does one eat so well! Special praise goes to the service: the staff was very friendly, and the food arrived quickly, which we greatly appreciated. The only flaw? We didn't have time to try the pizza, but judging by the ones being passed around the tables nearby, it looked excellent and perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be back, and very soon, to make up for that and also try their pizza options. Highly recommended!

From the couscous to the sublimely prepared smoked salmon by the chef, who always delivers. Not to mention the lobster Catalana and the desserts. 19/07/2025: I had booked at Fausto's for a special dinner, but they very kindly offered me a special evening event on Bazzano Beach, featuring Da Fausto's chef and a menu specially designed for the occasion. I was happy to accept, especially since they offered us a very welcome discount. The menu reflected the elegance and quality of Fausto's cuisine: excellent appetizers, a well-executed main course, and a delicious dessert. My only small complaint was the risotto, which was perhaps difficult to manage for an outdoor dinner with over 80 guests: the quality of the ingredients was excellent, but the preparation was somewhat compromised by logistics. I will definitely return to Fausto's to fully savor the cuisine in its original setting. A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and passion.

17/08/2025: I highly recommend this butcher shop. The meat is top-quality and offers excellent value. The animals are raised directly by the butcher shop owners, so it's not factory-farmed and full of antibiotics. The best meat you'll find in any butcher shop in town.

They taste just like the jam my mother makes and the shortcrust pastry my sister makes. I just can't live without them.

24/05/2025: I had dinner with a large group of friends last night, the owner took our order, very accommodating, kind and available to explain the menu, and even though there were eight of us, everything arrived very quickly The breads and fried foods are abundant to say the least, as well as good, really a lot, it makes it difficult to leave something on your plate despite the quantities. I will definitely return, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice evening in company in front of quality food
