30/04/2025: Sembra di stare a casa, in famiglia. Il proprietaio molto simpatico e cordiale si intrattiene a chiacchierare con gli ospiti e dispensa consigli sul menù. Mi consiglia delle pappardelle con salsiccia, crema di parmigiano e finocchietto davvero gustose, con pappardelle fatte con grano saraceno. Ottima la scaloppina con scamorza e porcini ..porcini veri, non quelli dei barattoli. Ottimo il tiramisù e il prezzo nella media. Da replicare.

12/05/2025: Fish-based restaurant and I can confirm, as per previous reviews, that the food is really good, excellent seafood starters, plentiful and very varied, not to mention the first courses, the unique specialities, for example like the risotto with scampi cream and mixed seafood gnocchi, truly exquisite, excellent white wine. Waiters always available and smiling even if very tired at the end of the evening they are always there to welcome the customer. I highly recommend this restaurant.

23/09/2024: We were looking for a place after dinner, we asked for a sweet and they satisfied us. They kindly sat us at the table and we chose a very special and delicious fruit and custard basket for dessert. The girls are kind and helpful. The service is fast and professional. The location is elegant and welcoming. Advised

10/09/2024: It's our first time in Ventotene but we were fascinated by it. What can we say about the Il Giardino restaurant... it's an environment where you feel at home, treated with white gloves, and the dishes we ate are truly haute cuisine with top quality ingredients.

20/04/2025: Easter Sunday was simply fantastic, from the kind and courteous owners to the girl serving tables. Excellent food and very nice and welcoming place, very assorted wine list and very honest price We were very happy and will definitely return

22/03/2025: The restaurant is elegant and very well looked after. At the entrance on the wall there is a large circle reminiscent of the lid of a barrel. We relied on the chef's advice for a perfectly served lunch. Octopus and swordfish rolls on chickpea cream, paccheri with cuttlefish and pistachio, cheese and pepper ravioli with fish ragout and toasted almonds. For the second course, cod tempura and anchovies stuffed with ricotta, on artichoke cream. Finally nougat cream with raspberry flavored crumble and dark chocolate chocolates. A wine list absolutely in line with their menu, which gives ample space to the Lazio region, without forgetting other interesting Italian wineries, champagne and other international wines. Nice atmosphere.

16/03/2025: Really very nice place, the lady at the reception really kind, very good quality food and generous dishes. The prices are slightly high, but depending on a personal evaluation of various factors it can be okay. All in all so I would definitely stay here again, congratulations!

07/05/2025: A welcoming and bright place, it has two rooms (one more recent and larger, the one in the entrance slightly smaller). Clean style, without too many frills. We are greeted and quickly seated at the table. For our first experience we decided to share the various dishes that you can see in the photo... and I would say that we were definitely satisfied! We started with a mixture of fried foods from the selection offered. You absolutely must try the carbonara pasta omelette, definitely Foodish! 😋 Then we moved on to tasting the Neapolitan pizza which was also well made, the dough was soft and easily digestible and the ingredients were of high quality. To conclude we shared a plate of paccheri with tuna and chopped pistachios (a little too salty to my taste) and a fried fish, good and not at all greasy! Throughout the dinner the service was friendly and attentive... we felt pampered! I would say excellent value for money! For all these goodness just over €60 with a bottle of water, medium beer and a coffee! Highly recommended!

01/05/2025: Pessimi, il primo Maggio dopo aver prenotato piu’ di un mese fa, arriviamo davanti al ristorante e lo troviamo chiuso! Non ci hanno avvisato della chiusura e non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi, dopo qualche minuto pubblicano una storia su instagram scrivendo che sono chiusi. Il rispetto per le persone e per i clienti e’ la prima cosa. Disorganizzati e maleducati!

23/02/2025: Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!
