24/02/2025: Four people, each of us chose a different gourmet pizza. The pizza chef served them to us one after the other, allowing us to taste a slice each. After the fourth pizza, we decided to order a fifth, and the explosion of flavors, combined with the dough leavened for 48 hours, gave us an intense experience for the taste buds and the imagination. Pure enjoyment. I suggest doing this instead of eating just one flavor. For four people it is perfect. The price is absolutely adequate for what is offered and for the attention to detail. Well done!

20/02/2025: First time in Pontinia and I wanted pizza. I wanted to try this pizzeria and I was really satisfied: I got a take-away pizza and couldn't resist eating it immediately. Perfect dough, leavening and cooking. Truly an excellent choice!

26/10/2024: Nice hotel. The climb to get there was not congenial for me. Calm. Very poor breakfast. Only desserts. Packaged juice. The attached restaurant is of a good standard but with inappropriate prices. Two very normal truffles 28 euros. Not even in Monte Carlo at the Café de Paris. Never again.

25/10/2024: In Ponza for work, I stayed here and I was able to see the hospitality of the rooms, furnished with care and in a very pleasant ethno-maritime style. Very comfortable and relaxing bed. The few meters from the seafront promenade and therefore from the clubs and the port do not cause disturbance to the peace of the hotel. Very friendly staff and attentive to customer needs. Advised.

Al termine di tutto anche un dolce artigianale molto buono. Il locale immerso nel verde del club si presenta molto elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli. Forse il miglio ristorante di Latina.

20/12/2024: Never again! Very young and overall unprepared staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Very slow service. They had put half-burnt bread in the mussel sauté. The risotto with scampi cream tasted like cream, with a very distant flavor of scampi. Plus they had put in it some pieces of unspecified and not exactly fresh fish, probably leftovers! We had to wait half an hour to get the first starter! The place is overall nice, inherited from the previous management.

Dovendo fare il carico di carboidrati dopo il lungo viaggio e, soprattutto, prima della corsa podistica, ordiniamo focaccia e pizza. Come ci era stato preventivato troviamo qualità e cortesia. 18/01/2025: Very ethnic place, one of the few left in Latina. Very good food, they focus a lot on the quality of the products, and it shows!!! Very friendly and kind staff, I would just speed up the service a little ☺ But otherwise the food is great!

04/03/2025: Finally a Pizzeria with a capital P. We took takeaway pizza for a family dinner and were fully satisfied with the quality of the raw materials. The pizza is truly delicious and everyone liked it, without exception. A note of merit goes to the girl who served us, kind and very professional. We will return to this pizzeria soon.
