24/02/2026: Fantastic experience at Antica Trattoria da Silverio in Ponza! The food was truly excellent: fresh local fish, cooked with care and authentic flavor. But what made the evening truly special was the service: Carlo, our waiter, was impeccable. Attentive, kind, and professional, he knew what was needed without even having to ask. Service like that is rare these days. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 We'll definitely be back!

30/09/2025: I hadn't been there for many years and had fond memories of it, but the reality was even better: everything was delicious: marinated anchovies, scapece-style courgettes, tuna panzanella, lentil soup, rabbit, and finally the legendary chocolate salami. The house Montepulciano di Ponza wine was delicious, everything was perfect, the service was perfect, and the bill was 55 euros per person.

25/02/2026: Highly not recommended. Expensive restaurant with mediocre dishes. We had the anchovies in a pot, spaghetti with clams, and cacio e pepe ravioli. The dishes were extremely heavy and full of oil and tasteless. No fish was served. Exorbitant prices for the quality.

22/02/2026: Compared to previous visits, I found a decrease in quality and an increase in prices. Some dishes, like the seafood risotto and paccheri with red shrimp, were unrecognizable. Even the complete antipasto was subpar. All this was topped off by a mistake with the first courses served at different times. Honestly, considering the price, I was a bit disappointed compared to what I remembered.

05/12/2025: I've been going to this place for 25 years, and I've already given it a 5-star review with high praise. But the last time I went there for dinner, we had a really long wait for a platter. The place was packed, so that's understandable. The problem is, we were served a burger with fries, but the burger was way overcooked. We didn't have enough cutlery for everyone, and by the time it arrived, the burger was cold and completely inedible. You guys have always been better than this, sorry.

I simply had to try the octopus salad and was not disappointed. The main courses were very good. The fig-based cheesecake perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff provides a warm welcome. A place where you feel at home and can enjoy authentic Ponza cuisine.

03/09/2025: We visited the place to go zip lining and stopped here for a quick bite to eat, partly because the view from the veranda is truly remarkable and the reviews seemed good. There wasn't much pizza left, but the guy who served us still managed to prepare a delicious lunch: the pizza was excellent, as were the drinks and coffee. What struck us most, however, was the guy's kindness and professionalism. 5 stars (or even 6!) for the welcome, the helpfulness, and the conversation! Thank you so much; if we ever come back this way, we'll definitely stop by again.
