Different menu than usual with reinterpretations of traditional dishes, friendly and helpful staff. Abroad the environment is well structured, if you want more tranquility it is better to book for the inside of the place. Overall a positive experience

Perfect place, excellent food product management, friendly and passionate staff in the work they do, I absolutely recommend the place.

Located near the waterfalls, with convenient parking a few meters after the venue. Almost all local products, well cooked and described by the owner so well that you would order everything. The piglet of the clock is highly recommended (pork cooked over a low heat and then put in the oven in a closed crock with the pizza dough, so good that I didn't photograph it because I wanted to taste it.

Fantastic staff! They explained the menu to us carefully, specifying contents, cooking methods, ways and traditions of making the dish itself. Ordered first and second starter, never tried such delicate flavors despite complex dishes (cheese and pepper with artichokes the best of the best, and very light!!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P.S. having mentioned allergies, they checked every single dish, warning and avoiding what could have contained the allergy itself.

After a beautiful morning at the Casamari Abbey, we head towards Isola del Liri and for lunch we decide to stop at the Osteria pizzeria dell'Orologio. Passing by the place we were attracted by its simplicity, it inspired something genuine and we entered. It was a very pleasant discovery! Starting from the extremely kind and competent owner Jacopo, the very kind staff and a fast service even though the place was full. The dishes were delicious, very balanced, you could perceive every single ingredient being artfully cooked, the ingredients were all of the highest quality. We had only entered for a first course, but we let ourselves be tempted by Jacopo's proposals who intrigued us with recipes that were new to me with the taste of ancient traditions. The pappardelle with wild boar sauce and the ravioli with spinach puff pastry were exceptional, not to mention the main dish "the clock pig", a true explosion of flavours, thanks to its particular preparation. Siamo partiti da Monterotondo per visitare la piccola isola del frosinate e girando a piedi, scrollando su internet e chiedendo in giro la, scelta è stata Osteria dell orologio... Beh è stata ripagata al top in ogni senso. Locale accogliente, pietanze tipiche cucinate e servite ad hoc ed infine ma non per ultimo il servizio che Jacopo riserva ai suoi clienti indifferentemente se si è un tavolo da 2 o da, 10... Racconta i piatti che li mangi solo ascoltando le sue parole, vino della casa anche molto buono ( non è scontato). Cmq abbiamo già promesso di tornare per assaggiare pasta e pizza, per ora abbiamo assaporato "soltanto" antipasti della casa e pietanze tipiche. Complimenti 👏👏
