21/12/2025: If I could give the service a zero, I would gladly. On Saturday, around happy hour time, my family and I decided to sit outside because our dog was there. Even though the waiters had clearly seen us sitting outside, they didn't bother taking our orders. After waiting a good twenty minutes for anyone to show up, we got up and left. Terrible service.

21/12/2025: I should post a photo of the empty table... My family and I stopped outside, with our dog in tow, for an aperitif. Too bad, the waiters, even though they saw us, ignored us. After a 20-minute wait, we left disheartened.

20/01/2026: Around 11:30 PM on January 19, 2026 I placed an order at the drive-thru, and was told, with no choice, that there would be a €0.15 surcharge for a bag with handles. Unaware of this new rule, I asked for an explanation in a friendly and ironic tone when paying. The cashier, with haughtiness, arrogance, and presumption, informed me that this new rule will be in effect starting November 2025, and I, calmly and ironically (we're talking about 15 cents), laughed and said: "You got the MC!" Hahaha. She, in a completely arrogant manner, said: "Okay, if you want, I'll take the bag away from you," presumptuously and in a raised voice. Me: "No, it's not for the 15 cents, of course." Her: "I'm not calling you STARVING, always with an air of presumption, and I'm being ironic (between kids)." This isn't my style to write reviews, but since I'm a salesperson myself and I have to maintain a certain level of customer service, friendliness, and courtesy every day, it's only right to acknowledge when you're wrong! Otherwise, they're always super efficient in terms of speed and food quality.

18/01/2026: I went to breakfast on Saturday morning. Three girls were chatting at the café checkout. I waited patiently for one of them to free up space and, in a rather annoyed tone, ask me for my order. I went to pay with a folded five-euro note. The girl in question turned to one of the others, probably a manager, and, disgusted as if I'd given her stolen money, asked loudly if she could accept that note. The other girl replied firmly, "Absolutely not!" At which point, feeling displeased, I asked the girl in question what the problem was with the note, since it had been given to me like that and I hadn't noticed the defect. She angrily replied, "It's torn." So I apologized (as if I needed to) and proceeded to pay by card. Not a word from them; they continued to chat calmly among themselves. I know working in front of the public in the morning isn't exactly ideal, but I think that in such a banal situation, it would have been enough to use different methods, perhaps more attentive and courteous, to avoid humiliating someone who simply wanted to enjoy their breakfast in peace and pay for it without causing any inconvenience.

26/12/2025: Disappointing experience on Boxing Day We visited Casale della Regina on December 26, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was profoundly negative in every way. The waiter attempted to be friendly, but the result was completely inappropriate. When the children asked for fries, the response was a curt "no, they're bad for you"—a response that, besides being inappropriate in a restaurant setting, demonstrates a lack of professionalism. When we asked for a simple side dish, we were sarcastically told that "you should go home and get one." This kind of attitude has nothing to do with the courteous service expected from a restaurant. But the most serious problem was the service. We waited over an hour and a half just for our first courses, despite the dining room being practically empty with only two tables occupied. Waiting that long for a plate of pasta is simply unacceptable. When the plate of pasta with tomato sauce ordered for a teenager finally arrived, the portion was ridiculous: it didn't even reach 40 grams. As for the main courses, the meat arrived cold, and the tagliata was tough. This detail completes the picture of absolutely inadequate service. On a holiday like Boxing Day, we expected top-notch service. Instead, we found unjustifiable wait times, cold food, and tired staff. We cannot recommend this place.

01/12/2025: Booked by a friend through The Fork. Upon arrival, once seated, we were told that they didn't work "very much" with The Fork and therefore the lunch wasn't covered by the deal. So, reluctantly and given it was lunchtime, we stayed and ate the meal à la carte. Considerations: Improper behavior by the restaurant owner, because the reservation had been confirmed through The Fork, so if they didn't "work very much" with The Fork, they shouldn't have accepted the reservation.

26/10/2025: Well-maintained, the staff's professionalism is excellent, making dining here a great choice. The atmosphere is almost homey, thanks also to the quality and price, and the varied menu. Highly recommended.

28/12/2025: We stayed for 3 nights and all the negative reviews were proven wrong. The rooms were new, spotless, and smelled great. Anna and Raffaele, the owners, were unique and impeccable, thanks also to Marco, a fantastic person. Alberico, the night porter, was simply one of a kind. The hotel's location was spectacular, near the toll booth and you can reach the city center in 2 minutes. What can I say? We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your availability, kindness, courtesy, and attention to us. Keep up the good work...

10/09/2025: I would give it 5 stars, but there was a problem with the cherry tomatoes, which was resolved promptly. The quality/price ratio is very good.

03/08/2025: The starter was plentiful and tasty and on the owner's advice we took a tender, abundant and well-cooked sliced steak in 2, I recommend it.

31/01/2026: We found this restaurant by chance to break up our journey and avoid lunch on the highway, just 5 minutes from the Anagni exit. A complete set menu for just €13 per person (first course, second course, side dish, and water), with a choice of meat and seafood. Generous portions and flavorful dishes, simple yet well-prepared. The friendly and helpful staff readily accommodated the request of a child who didn't like any of the main courses on the daily menu. Excellent value. Recommended!

28/01/2026: The waitress never smiled, the food was good overall, but the tiramisu wasn't worthy of being called such, the cream was a pudding, not mascarpone, it wasn't clear whether there was sponge cake or ladyfingers, and the coffee was very bitter.

19/08/2025: Chinese restaurant on Via Don Minzoni in Frosinone, low-key, air conditioning working, normal waiting times, good food quality but staff, at least as far as I'm concerned, not very helpful, they don't like you to come back to them.... after all, what can you expect from the Chinese...?

23/09/2025: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I only had breakfast with my family, and everything was excellent. Also a great place for aperitifs. Ample parking and accessible to everyone.

24/12/2025: This restaurant recently underwent a major makeover, making it much fresher and more welcoming. They also updated their menu with new dishes and imaginative pizzas. Highly recommended.

14/06/2025: Bought a chicken breast this morning (they said it was home-grown chicken)... what can I say, it was very hard, it was not edible. In addition, it quickly became dark after cooking and gave off an unpleasant smell. Never again in this butcher shop.
