08/11/2025: Terrible, especially the owner. A place like this with so much potential destroyed by one person. What a waste.

31/08/2025: I've been there several times and always had a good experience, but on my most recent visit (August 2025), unfortunately, the evening was quite disappointing: there were eight of us and we ate practically as if we were two separate groups, as we were served in batches, and that alone would be enough for a negative review. Furthermore, the pizzas were all burned on one side, a sign that they were never turned once in the oven. And the drizzle of oil at the end was missing, which isn't a quirk, but an ingredient. Very bad, then; I hope things improve.

25/02/2025: The lady at the counter is incredibly ignorant: - Good morning, do you have any vegetarian sandwiches? - There's tuna and tomato! - No, ma'am, tuna is fish. - Why don't vegetarians even eat fish these days? It's a new trend! Dear ma'am, vegetarians eat only vegetables and derivatives like eggs and milk. Vegans eat only vegetables and no derivatives.

24/09/2025: Utter incompetence and rudeness from an employee. I'm a twenty-year-old guy. I walk into the bar politely asking for a Hype top-up, and the gentleman, before wasting five minutes trying to get it for me, dismisses me by saying, "What the fuck kind of top-up is this? Go buy candy. I'm canceling! I don't know how to do that." I invite the gentleman to vent his frustration in other ways or with someone else. Fortunately, unlike him, I'm a polite person and didn't even respond. I don't think there's anything else to add.

09/05/2025: Terrible seafood salad that seems to have been bought in supermarkets in jars full of vinegar... luckily we didn't take anything else... Only one portion of three salads and a small portion of vegetables we spent €20

23/06/2025: The other afternoon I went into this croissant shop, a window with little or nothing, when it should always be well stocked, in my opinion. I took two simple croissants to take away at the exaggerated cost of €1.50 each (a really high price for empty and skimpy croissants) a waffle, for the beauty of €6, which is absolutely not worth the excessive cost... an experience not to be repeated absolutely

11/02/2026: Excellent pizza, soft and well-topped, packed with unique and never boring flavors. The fried foods are also excellent, especially the supplì with real meat sauce and stringy mozzarella. There's also an indoor and outdoor area for lunch or dinner. The loyalty program, which tracks how many slices of pizza you buy, is excellent.

05/12/2025: It's now become my go-to bakery, unique in the quality of its products and their preparation. I discovered it by chance while asking a local restaurateur where he bought the bread he served in his restaurant, and that's where it all began. I always travel from Ferentino to buy baked goods from this business, and I always make a quick stop at Lake Canterno. "Antica Forneria Ciociara" is also famous for its "American bread," and by googling it you can find more information on this curious and beautiful story. Five well-deserved stars, well done! 👏

17/07/2025: The prices are staggering for a loaf of bread sold for 3 euros. Get a grip. You're not selling 24-karat gold. It's just bread and pizza. I categorically advise against it. I won't go there again.

23/12/2025: Good pizza, punctual with orders, makes a very interesting thick pizza, it is a bit small, seating is difficult, definitely worth a stop, friendly staff.

04/12/2025: One of the best pizzerias in Frosinone and the province. I loved this pizza. The toppings and the pizza dough are delicious.

29/03/2026: Long waits, we arrived at 8:45 and had dinner at 11:00. The food was excellent, although we ordered a Florentine steak and only got a rib-eye steak—who knows! Welcoming and refined atmosphere.

08/03/2026: Excellent quality food, especially the meats. Simple and quiet interior, with free private parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the prices are slightly high compared to the amount consumed: obviously, when a person leaves the table satisfied, the price weighs less, but with a clear head, the bill definitely could (should) have been around €30-40 lower.

05/04/2026: Terrible place. High prices not listed on the menu, limited selection of dishes, poor quality. Tough lamb chops, slow service. To be forgotten.

The appetizers were excellent, featuring cured meats and vegetables; two first courses, ricotta and walnuts, and tagliatelle with pachino and porcini mushrooms; the second courses were lamb and beef topped with salad and baked potatoes; and a decent assortment of desserts, including wine-flavored donuts. An excellent house red wine was served. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A great way to end the Easter weekend, dining in Ciociaria in the beautiful location of the Capofiume restaurant. Excellent appetizers based on cold cuts and vegetables; two first courses, ricotta and walnuts, and tagliatelle made with pachino and porcini mushrooms; the second courses of lamb and beef seasoned with salad and baked potatoes; and a decent assortment of desserts, including donuts with wine. An excellent house red wine was served. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

23/08/2025: At almost 8 a.m., the counter was completely empty, with no sweet or savory options. My partner, to avoid waiting too long, had to settle for a vegan croissant, while I opted for a simple coffee, since there was nothing savory available. Furthermore, the prices seemed a bit high for the quality of service. Truly disappointing, I'll never come back. For me, it's a complete no-no.

29/11/2025: The venue couldn't hold all the people there; you couldn't move at all, not even dance. No one cared about the well-being and enjoyment of the crowd. The entire evening, we stood still and were jostled. The staff was also rude.

15/09/2025: Terrible experience. Just one person forced to do everything: set the table, clear it, take orders, and wait at the tables. Plus, she was loudly humiliated in front of the customers, shouting, "Hurry up and come here." For me, respect for staff and customers comes first, and it was completely lacking here. We waited over an hour: first we were told we could choose two different types of pasta (out of three available first courses), then we were told the chef would only accept one because "otherwise he'd go crazy." The menu wasn't written anywhere: it was just recited to us (three first courses, three second courses, and only a side of cherry tomatoes), yet in the end we saw platters being brought out that hadn't even been offered to us. The water arrived after 40 minutes. The place has potential, but it's terribly managed. The bathroom was disgusting; even washing my hands made me feel disgusted. In the end, when we decided to leave without eating, they even told us they'd already set the table. The table settings, yes, were rustic, but stripped down to the bare minimum: paper placemats, bagged steel cutlery, and a glass. "What a big effort." The only positive note was the lady in the dining room, who wasn't to blame: she did her best, constantly rushing around. But the management is embarrassing. Never again.

14/09/2025: We arrived at 1:15 PM, and by 1:55 PM, we hadn't even been served bread. Certainly not the fault of the poor waitress, forced to manage all the tables alone, but rather the total lack of organization and rudeness of the chef/owner, who instead of working simply berated her in front of the customers. There were no paper menus, no prices displayed: the only way to know what was available was to quickly hear it from the waitress when ordering, without having the slightest time to decide. We ordered three pennettes with asparagus and guanciale and two amatriciana pastas, but after more than 20 minutes, we were informed that it wasn't possible to have two different types of pasta: you had to order them all the same. Absurd and ridiculous. After an hour of waiting, the only thing that arrived at the table was water. We got up without eating anything, paying only for that. An experience to forget. A place like this should be avoided at all costs. Zero organization, zero respect, zero professionalism. Never again, not even for free. And above all: no playing with food.
