I was already a big fan of Art&Cafe for its wonderful vibe, cool events and the sense of community in Prospect Heights. Tonight tried their fabulous empanadas with a kale salad and home made hot sauce. Absolutely delicious!

Cute neighborhood spot that has a great backyard and very friendly vibe. The drinks are good and the service is great. Sometimes they host events/art installations. Overall a great spot to hang with some friends on a beautiful day.

This is a great place to meet friends. And get work down. Or host an event!!!

The greatest hang you can ask for. Chill, kind, empanadas and drinks. Lemonade and other excellent non alcoholic drinks too.

Went there on a Sunday. It was pleasant and chill.

I attended for an art installation and I ordered the Fish, Kale + Plantain Empanadas as well as the Ground beef Empanadas. Along with these I ordered two drinks, I gave a description of sweetness & being refreshed. Both the owners participated, I was greeted with smiles, joy, and genuine politeness. Jimmy and Brianna prepared my items with excitement and pure appreciation. The drinks I received were phenomenal, the taste of my in-house empanada led me to the belief that I should have ordered more. This space is a gallery and a bar, which leads them to engage with collectives to consistently promote artists’ work. I am grateful for discovering this gem. I will sing their praises and promote them. This space is rooted in a culture of peace + friendliness. Definitely a go-to spot.

I was asked to buy something to use the bathroom and IM SO GLAD I DID. The homemade soup was to die for, and healed my soul and I am a bone broth snob. It’s artistic, vibey and has an indoor and outdoor area. The owner was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back.
