07/03/2026: Mandatory disclaimer: my review is only for the pizzeria, not the food (I've never tried it). We've been here several times for the pizza—thin, large, and delicious—but it's one of those places where I could never invite anyone. The supplì are a mirage; out of five visits, we've probably found them once. Yet they're frozen; I don't see how a pizzeria worthy of the name can run out, on a Saturday night, every time! Every time, there's been a problem with the ingredients: once there were no zucchini, once there were no sausages, another time there was no beer... and the waiters (different each time) apologize and be mortified for something that obviously isn't their fault. I could never invite anyone to a place like this, knowing that many requests go unfulfilled. Reading the other reviews, it's clear that the Sunday lunch service is much better, but as a pizzeria, having a good dough isn't enough to call itself one. In conclusion, if they weren't so sloppy, it would be an excellent pizzeria. We hope for a marked improvement.

03/07/2025: We had spaghetti carbonara as a starter and a calzone with mortadella and a pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffles as our main courses. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The spaghetti carbonara was definitely missing the guanciale... a shame.

28/12/2025: A place neither good nor bad. I have to say the pizzas are very good, the ingredients are high-quality. There's also basil, which seems obvious, but not everyone adds it in December. The service is a sore point. You can't offer a €20 off-menu appetizer where four people can eat perfectly without describing the dish you're serving to the customer. I posted a photo specifically to show what I'm talking about. Maybe it's a tourist trap? I have a doubt... Let's get to the bill: €55 for two, without dessert or coffee. That would be fair, but that appetizer made it too expensive.

31/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at the Le Faeta farmhouse, near the town of Arpino in the province of Frosinone, from August 28th to 31st. We were a couple with two children, and from the first moment we realized we were in a special place, one that not only offers hospitality but also becomes a true life experience. When discussing establishments like this, it's crucial to emphasize their importance: farmhouses like Le Faeta are authentic bastions of well-being and Italian tradition. They represent not only a choice for those who want to escape the routine, but also a fundamental step in preserving and enhancing our gastronomic, agricultural, and cultural identity. Breakfast, for example, was a true journey through authentic flavors: fragrant biscuits, delicious tarts, homemade jams, and a Nutella-like chocolate spread, yet artisanal and completely unlike industrial products. To accompany all this, there were also delicious fruit juices, always locally sourced, produced directly by them, which were truly exquisite. Everything was rigorously prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, without preservatives or shortcuts. Each course conveyed attention, care, attention to detail, and respect for those who sit at the table. A breakfast like this isn't just a great way to start the day: it's an experience that lingers in your memory. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners and one lunch at the property: simply exquisite dishes, made with genuine, top-quality products. The meat was top-notch, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the pasta dishes were truly fantastic, rich in flavor and prepared with the care that only authentic cuisine can convey. Every meal was a moment of pleasure and conviviality, confirming once again the extraordinary quality that characterizes Le Faeta. As for the accommodation, we stayed for three nights in the Aphrodite Room, a truly impeccable quadruple room. Hygiene-wise, it was perfectly sanitized, with spotless shelves and furnishings, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Not just the room, but the entire property exudes order, taste, and harmony: every object is carefully placed, has its own purpose, its own history, and nothing is left to chance. In this regard, too, we can only express our complete satisfaction. But what truly makes this property extraordinary isn't just the quality of the food or the beauty of the rooms: it's the philosophy that guides it. Here, the guest isn't just a number, but a guest welcomed with warmth, respect, and dedication. This is the difference worth sharing: when you choose an agriturismo like Le Faeta, you're not just choosing a place to sleep, you're choosing to live in harmony with nature, with authentic flavors, and with true Italian hospitality. Establishments like this deserve a "gold medal" because they are true gems of our tourism: small jewels that make Italy one of the most beloved destinations in the world, not only for the beauty of its landscapes, but above all for the quality of its food, hospitality, and tradition. 04/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a lovely hike in the mountains above Sora. We were greeted by a scent that wafted all the way down the street, and by the exquisite taste of the young sales assistant who, with care and passion, guided us through a delectable array of delicacies. The tasting confirmed what our eyes and instinct had already discerned!! Splendid, fresh products, flavors that are rare to find. We'll be back soon!!! Bravo!

18/09/2025: I loved the traditional anise bread; it costs €1.30 for a small one. And today I tried a small pie with authentic, homemade apricot jam. Nicoleta is very kind and helpful. If you have room in your suitcase, there are also souvenirs to take home.
