17/02/2026: I'm traveling for work and stayed one night, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The walls were covered in all kinds of spills and stains, both in the room and on the stairwell. The carpet was completely stained and needs to be thrown out. What really bothered me was the burned ashtray in the bathroom and the smell of smoke in the room. For non-smokers, it's a disaster! I don't think the shower had been cleaned recently. I'm sorry, but I won't be staying at this hotel again, even though the location is ideal.

07/12/2025: Friends and I had dinner on a Saturday evening at this restaurant, located on the road between Ceccano and Pofi.
The atmosphere was quiet and the service excellent.
We chose this restaurant on the recommendation of acquaintances to try their meats.
I can confirm that the recommendation was spot on; I ordered a rare Florentine Beef T-bone steak, excellent and well-cooked.
The warm bread served with the dishes was also spectacular.
The vegetables I ordered as side dishes were also excellent.
26/10/2025: Family lunch, excellent. Service is fast. Good wine list. I think it's one of the best meat restaurants in the area. Average price.

I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.
