Where tradition meets the soul of true Italian cuisine I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful evening at Trattoria Casa Mia with my wife, and we can say without hesitation that it was an experience we will never forget. From the moment we were welcomed, we felt that rare sense of authentic hospitality that is increasingly difficult to find today. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, discreet, and always accompanied by genuine friendliness. The cuisine is a true tribute to tradition. Each dish tells a story of authentic flavors, those that bring to mind the recipes lovingly prepared by our grandmothers. From the appetizers to the pizza, including the first courses, everything was prepared with great care and respect for the raw ingredients. The lamb was extraordinarily tender and flavorful, while the cod deserves special mention for its balance, flavor, and quality. To round out the dinner, an excellent panna cotta accompanied by an authentic and refined sauce, finally far removed from the common industrial toppings that often cover rather than enhance the dessert. The pizza from the great Nando is always excellent! A family-run business that has been "Strangolagalli's pizzeria/trattoria" for years! Pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, a lovely crackling fireplace, and a grill ready for a variety of delicious grilled dishes. Many traditional dishes: first courses, second courses, and side dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere in the center of the small town. The place is perfect for an evening with friends, and pizza is also available for takeout. The place is small, so reservations are recommended on weekends.
