12/10/2025: We arrived in Sora from Livorno and decided to try this place for the first time, having heard great things about it—and our expectations were not only confirmed, but exceeded! From the very first moment, we were struck by the hospitality and courtesy of the entire staff, with a special mention for Michela, who truly pampered us and made us feel at home. On Friday evening, we decided to try their meat—truly excellent—accompanied by crispy and tasty fried foods and an excellent local wine, all completely gluten-free! It's rare to find such quality and attention to detail for those, like us, with special dietary needs. We were so won over that we returned a second evening with our family to try the pizza as well: both the classic and gluten-free versions were simply amazing, fragrant, easy to digest, and full of flavor. What really made the difference, beyond the cuisine, was the warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable 5-star service. 29/09/2025: The person on the phone hung up when we asked a question about the menu in English. We called again and repeated the question in Italian. Again, she simply hung up, just like on the third call (also in Italian). If you want unfriendly and unprofessional staff, this is the place for you.

20/09/2025: One of the best sushi restaurants in the center of Frosinone. Extensive menu, quality dishes, orders arrive quickly, very friendly staff. The tempura was painstakingly fried, among the best I've ever tasted. An excellent experience, definitely worth returning.

02/10/2025: Ciociaria isn't what it used to be. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly, despite a chef who claims to be "starred." I was literally in danger of losing a tooth in the rabbit dish because there was a bone that hadn't been removed. Luckily, I noticed it sooner and removed it. It used to be a place worth visiting, with a friendly old man and excellent pizzas at a fair price, but now it's all frills and little substance. In fact, since COVID, we haven't been going there anymore. Even the receipt is a pain; I had to ask several times before I could get one. I suggest abandoning the titles and focusing on the quality of the ingredients and the authenticity of the products and (consequently) local dishes. The prices also need to be reconsidered, as they are often unjustifiable and too far removed from the quality of the dishes offered.

21/09/2025: Let me start by saying that we arrived late and we wouldn't have been surprised if they had told us they couldn't get us food, but instead the people were very kind and helpful 😍 they immediately set the table for us and brought the menus, I tell you we would have chosen everything 😋 in the end we had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with bruschetta, everything amazing, not to mention the first course, homemade cannelloni, delicious buffalo ravioli 😋 and do we want to talk about the desserts? Panettone that they make all year round served with ice cream, I can't explain how good it is, AMAZING!!! Excellent pistachio semifreddo 😍 I forgot the highlight, their bread, made by them, something amazing. Highly recommended, we will be back soon even if we live far away 😊

25/10/2025: Today, October 25, 2025, I celebrated my daughter Chiara's graduation. I knew the location and the excellent quality of the dishes. Everything was as expected: Friendliness Excellent atmosphere and attention to detail! The owner was friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive to meeting all the customer's needs. I spent a wonderful day with my family and relatives. We left feeling very happy with the day. Thanks again to the owner Gianni. We will definitely be back. Germana and family Pavia

15/10/2025: Sublime. For me, it remains the best. Excellent location with ample parking, rooms for any event (weddings, baptisms, confirmations, retirements, etc.), impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, top-quality meat and fish dishes, and a beautifully landscaped exterior with a pool, waterfall, and garden. Then there's Gianni, the owner, an experienced man who, year after year, has expanded and enhanced his restaurant to the fullest. His kindness is commendable and he's always available to help you with any choice. What more can I say? Villa Fiorini is a true Ciociaria gem.

20/08/2025: Among the worst restaurants we've ever been to. We went for dinner last night, there were four of us. From the beginning, we knew it would be a tough night. After booking with The Fork, we waited almost 10 minutes for a table and were seated in a small, hot back room, surrounded by children who had probably just finished a birthday party. We waited over 20 minutes before receiving our menus, and about 50 minutes passed between ordering and receiving the first course, despite the restaurant being almost empty (there were about 10 seats in addition to the four of us). Luckily, we managed to move to the main room, hoping the evening would improve. When the house appetizer arrived, we immediately noticed the poor quality of the products. Specifically: - The focaccia seemed frozen, or perhaps not properly leavened; - The cheese had signs of mold on the rind; - The cooked ham was not fresh; - The olives were not good; they were immersed in a very strong brine. We eagerly awaited the first courses, but sadly, we realized the evening was coming to an end. The two steaks we ordered for €6 per 100g were inedible! The meat was very thick and very fatty, making it difficult to tell what kind of cut it was. It was served with gorgonzola and pears, whose smell did not bode well. The first bite was nauseating and forced us to send the dishes back, something we had never done before at any restaurant. We expressed our displeasure to the waiter, the only one in the room, who was always polite and attentive with the service. Unfortunately, this negative review is necessary, as we felt disrespected as paying customers. We sincerely hope that the chef and staff will take these, in our view, very serious criticisms to heart, so that they can draw on them for future improvement.
