Ci ha consigliato la cena a base di pasta all’uovo fatta in casa con un sugo superlativo a base di guanciale di maiale che raramente si trova. Di secondo una grigliata mista con una bistecca di vitella e salsicce di maiale, tutta carne locale che davvero mi ha riportato ai sapori di una volta. Completavano la cena patate al forno ed insalata, anche queste di loro produzione ed un pane fatto in casa che non vi dico. Il sig. Domenico ci ha fatto davvero sentire a casa. Consiglio questo ristorante davvero

02/04/2025: Excellent home cooking, all truly local... even the oil is excellent. All handmade by the owner's mother and sister, it truly reflects the typical "trattoria" which is now difficult if not impossible to find... as long as the value for money is excellent.

23/03/2025: Today we passed this restaurant and as soon as we saw it we wanted to try it. It is a place nestled in the hills of olive groves that abound in the area. A restaurant that immediately conveys familiarity. We had a great time, it was like going to eat at a relatives' house in the countryside. Even though it was the first time, they welcomed us as if we were old customers. But let's move on to food Sumptuously good first courses we had 2 portions of homemade giocchi with trimmings and a delicious white lasagna with artichokes, sausage and scamorza. Second courses are a mixed roast (made in a wood-fired pan) with pig, rabbit and chicken. Perfect And a portion of rabbit always cooked in a wood-fired pan. Perfect Side dish: fried artichokes like I haven't eaten for years Wine, water and gentian. A touching account for its honesty and for the level of meat and other food eaten. I recommend it to everyone

14/01/2025: A historic bar in upper Frosinone. I've always remembered it 💓 Now I live in Padua, but when I return to Frosinone to visit my relatives and friends, I always go to them for an aperitif. 07/03/2025: Trovato attraverso The Fork , tra i vari pagamenti accettati era evidenziato gift card. Avevo ricevuto in regalo una gift card ma, al momento del pagamento, mi hanno detto che loro non accettavano quel tipo di carta. Ho pagato tranquillamente il conto ma ho trovato questo comportamento poco serio. Le tre stelle per questo motivo altrimenti, vista la qualità del cibo, avrei dato un voto più alto. Non ritornerò più in questo ristorante perché la serietà, per me, è prioritaria.

01/03/2025: Tutto veramente squisito, dagli antipasti locali alla carne alla brace Argentina che consiglio vivamente. Abbiamo preso un Cesanese di Olevano per innaffiare tutto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, come sempre del resto. Un po' caro ma almeno qui assaggiate la vera cucina locale e genuina!
