04/01/2026: Spotlessly clean rooms with new bathrooms. The entire property is very well-maintained, with spacious outdoor spaces. We stayed one night to break up the journey home and were greeted very kindly, including our dog. In the evening, we ate excellent pizza and local appetizers on the premises. Breakfast isn't very varied (we chose croissants, toast, etc. the night before; there's no buffet), but it's still good and served at your table (savory options are available for an additional fee). We'll definitely be back.

06/05/2026: For goodness sake, dark meat, terrible service, and above all, they have nothing on the level of white meat. I have health problems and can't eat red meat. I went there because the photos sent me, but Jon has DISHONEST chicken, veal, or pork. Don't go.

04/06/2026: Exquisite lunch: for an appetizer, I had arugula and cherry tomatoes seasoned with a pinch of salt and Cominium oil to enhance their flavor, followed by zite with chili pepper and stellar cod, and a trifle made to perfection. Good value, located in the historic center of Sora. Highly recommended!!!

21/04/2026: Excellent cuisine combining tradition and innovation with seasonal menus. Attentive to food intolerances and attentive customer service. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Indoor dining area and outdoor veranda. Prices in line with the quality.
29/12/2025: A wonderful lunch with our grandchildren, five of us: everything was truly delicious, from the warm bruschetta with lard, to the pappardelle with wild boar, to the patacche with scottona sauce, a delicious shank of beef, and not to mention the roast lamb. Everything was excellent, from the service to the family atmosphere. Unusually, at the entrance, there's a refrigerator with excellent meats: scottona, Fiorentina, and Tomahawk. The wine list is good, with a good selection and good value; the Cesanese Hernicus is a must-try! Last but not least, the restrooms are spotlessly clean and well-stocked.
If we go to the restaurant, we know we can't go wrong here!!! Well done!!

I was truly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the dishes, which recall the flavors of yesteryear without too many frills. Special mention goes to the portions, which are decidedly generous and generous: you certainly won't leave here hungry! The friendly service and excellent value complete a positive experience. Highly recommended!
19/07/2026: I ordered a pizza, but it arrived wrong.
I asked for a beer, but I had to get up and go get it.
The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels.
And if only I'd seen the open door to the kitchen beforehand, I never would have sat down.

A gastronomic experience that is hard to replicate. A family-run business that completes the emotional journey of every single dish created and served in a timeless setting.
To be tried at least once in a lifetime. Hats off to Maestro Tassa.

11/06/2026: The pizzas looked very good, with excellent shape, noticeable crust, and sophisticated toppings that demonstrate careful selection of ingredients. Unfortunately, however, the aesthetic appeal was not matched by the quality of the dough. The aromas and flavors were nonexistent; I love crusts, but this one was almost devoid of air bubbles, with a compact, heavy, and in some places semi-raw crumb. Even the center of the pizza seemed to have been undercooked. Overall, the dough was heavy and difficult to digest, making the experience significantly less than the expectations created by the presentation. A shame, because the foundation for a high-quality pizza seems to be there, but the dough execution needs significant improvement.

18/05/2026: I stayed there in May 2026. A beautiful, large hotel with spacious rooms, a gym, and a rooftop pool. It's located about 1km from the city center where the bars are. The hotel has a good restaurant and a good breakfast.
