22/04/2026: I visited the Fuori Orario restaurant in Guarcino almost by chance, and I must say it was a truly pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, the kind that makes you feel immediately at ease without too much formality. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted kindly and without the rush often found in other places. The service was friendly throughout the evening: attentive, but never intrusive. You could sense the attention to detail, even in the smallest details. As for the food, I found the dishes well-crafted, with generous portions and authentic flavors. You could tell the cuisine focuses on tradition, without overdoing it, but with careful attention to the quality of the ingredients. Some dishes reminded me of family meals, which I personally appreciate. It may not be "gourmet" cuisine, but that's precisely its strong point. The prices seemed fair, in line with what's offered. Considering the quality and quantity, I'd say the value for money is more than satisfactory. If I really had to find a small flaw, I'd say the pace can be a bit slow, but honestly, I didn't see it as a problem; on the contrary, it was a way to enjoy the evening at a leisurely pace. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet atmosphere, good food, and a genuine welcome. I'd gladly return, especially for a leisurely dinner with friends.

It's not just a bar, but a welcoming lounge where professionalism meets the warmth of a home. What makes this place unique is the soul that permeates the tables: knowing that the same family has lovingly run it since 1860 explains the meticulous attention they devote to each and every customer. For someone like me who works with the public, finding such consistent and genuine kindness is a rare gift. The quality, then, speaks for itself: The homemade desserts smell of handed down traditions, simple and genuine. The artisanal gelato is creamy and rich in flavor. The connection to the local area is complete, thanks to the expert use of Fiuggi water in their preparations, a detail that tourists always greatly appreciate. It's the perfect stop for a snack or coffee break that goes beyond simple service; it's an experience steeped in history and true hospitality. Bringing my groups here is a surefire way to go: they always leave enthusiastic.

29/12/2025: A wonderful lunch with our grandchildren, five of us: everything was truly delicious, from the warm bruschetta with lard, to the pappardelle with wild boar, to the patacche with scottona sauce, a delicious shank of beef, and not to mention the roast lamb. Everything was excellent, from the service to the family atmosphere. Unusually, at the entrance, there's a refrigerator with excellent meats: scottona, Fiorentina, and Tomahawk. The wine list is good, with a good selection and good value; the Cesanese Hernicus is a must-try! Last but not least, the restrooms are spotlessly clean and well-stocked. If we go to the restaurant, we know we can't go wrong here!!! Well done!!

24/03/2026: A quaint restaurant with friendly, qualified staff. The owner really cares about customer service, recommending dishes and wines... excellent and varied sushi... the only flaw is the raw fish, which I didn't find exciting. I'll be back soon.
