31/05/2025: We arrived and no one came to take our order. When I went in to ask for the order they made me go back out. The waiter was quite rude and very annoyed. We hadn't even started eating when he asked us how we wanted to pay, making us pay while we were eating. The brownie tasted like cardboard, the brioche a little better... Cappuccino and coffee not very good, especially considering the price (1.50 for the coffee and 2€ for the cappuccino...)

08/07/2025: The pastries are delicious, and the cream inside is too... but paying 5 euros for a cream croissant seems absurd to me! Especially since there are places in Rome that are just as good with much more reasonable prices. The staff made sure to remind me, as soon as I walked in at 2:20 PM, that they would be closing in 20 minutes (?). It's a shame because the place is very nice... but the atmosphere and value for money leave a lot to be desired.

04/08/2025: You can't walk into a bar and hear the owner yelling, screaming, and swearing. Every time I go in for a cigarette, they don't even say hello, they get long faces, it seems like they're doing you a favor. I walk a few meters and go to another bar, at least they say hello, the joke is always there.

Quality standards are top hygiene, delicious coffee and in the era where the raw material costs a lot it has managed to contain the increase in prices, which other companies have imposed disproportionately! In Naples if I drink coffee you say Kimbo!

24/08/2025: The food was excellent. We had an appetizer for two of extra-large cured meats and cheeses; there was everything, and everything was high quality. And then we had the pappardelle with wild boar ragù...with a whole wild boar inside 😁. The pappardelle were delicious! They were very kind, and the place was very nice and welcoming. In short, if you're passing through Tolfa, it's worth a pit stop. Well done, well done, well done👏👏👏

13/08/2025: A small trattoria that I'd call a true "gastronomic shop." Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the sandwiches with porchetta or various cold cuts, and the first courses. Truly high-quality ingredients, generous portions at fair prices. In my opinion, it's the best place in Tolfa for a truly delicious lunch or dinner without spending too much.

27/07/2025: The wait staff was friendly, the service was quite lively, and the pizza was very good. It was a pleasant evening, especially since the location is outside the city center and across from a rugby pitch, so we didn't experience the heat of Roman nights, but rather a refreshing breeze!

08/08/2025: Ho prenotato in questo locale per una apericena per 5 persone. Ho concordato con la proprietaria il menù, chiedendo di fare un tagliere abbondante per 5 persone, compreso di bruschette e focacce, oltre ai drink. Il tagliere che ci è stato portato era neanche per due persone, qualche fetta di salumi, pezzettini di formaggio, due ovoline, due friggitelli e due fette di melanzane grigliate, contornate da uva e pezzi di mela . Ho chiesto spiegazione al cameriere che mi ha riferito che quello era il loro standard. Alche’ ho chiesto un altro tagliere con altra focaccia . Ovviamente il prezzo pagato è stato superiore al concordato. Non ci tornerò mai piu

03/08/2025: Excellent location at the entrance to the ancient village of Ostia Antica, friendly and competent. Food made with quality ingredients at fair prices. The vegetables are excellently cooked, making them suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We'll definitely be back!

14/09/2025: Aldero Hotel, Restaurant, and Pizzeria... well, I have to say it's the best in the 50km area. It's called that because "Aldero" was the one who built an empire from the ashes of the old "pao pao," a nightclub and gathering place for many young people. I know this story, also because I contributed with my hard work and sweat to making it happen with my two companies, working for him from the 1990s to the 2000s. The complex started as a family business. All dear friends, from Gabriella, Franco, Andreina, Sigismindo, etc. Even the pizzeria is history, the dear "picco pacco" shaped and built the exquisiteness, everything comes from all these people... each floor of the rooms is a different color, with rare construction technology, the hole, the suite, etc... the exterior... I remember in the 90s the pouring of the concrete for the first carpentry construction of the south wing, I was there... the many years of inactivity and the continuation of the work with the dear architect "Mez...e" who is no longer with us. I was there too... 🙂... even though I live about 20 km from here, I am proud to have experienced it in my life. And above all, it has improved more and more. I always recommend it to everyone, because perhaps many don't know what they are getting... 👏👏👏 One day I would like to meet up again and hug the owners, with my family and have a coffee with them, because they are also exceptional people ❤️☕️🌹 Fausto
