Small but welcoming environment. Fresh and excellent quality products with prices perhaps a little above average, but justified by the research of the cuisine. You can taste the cubic croissants, but there is not a great variety of flavors because they prefer to prepare the most requested ones. It's not difficult to find parking.

Food: (pastry, I didn't try savory) -> excellent, in terms of ingredients and choice of preparations. The only note of attention, given the slightly above average price, are the "classic" croissants that are a little larger. The special "pastries" are large, cost around €4.50 but are little pastry jewels and a joy for the palate. I would add lactose-free milk, which is different from other lactose-free drinks offered. Service: very professional and friendly staff. Pet friendly :-) Atmosphere: cozy and warm interior with some small tables and counter. There is also an outdoor space with tables (table service is provided by the staff). Parking is not very easy, but in the surroundings of Via del Gazometro you can occasionally find a space to park your car. A highly recommended place for those who love high quality pastries and croissants prepared in a masterly manner. I'll try the savory one

Ultima colazione della mini vacanza romana… Peccato averlo trovato solamente l’ultimo giorno! Posto carinissimo e assaggiato una freccina al cioccolato con crema, frutta fresca e scaglie di cioccolato! Super!!!
