02/07/2025: Nonostante la giornata bollente, il locale non prevede aria condizionata,siamo stati benissimo davanti al favoloso lago di bracciano a Trevignano. Tornati x la 3 volta ancora una volta posto magnifico,cucina eccellente e ottimo servizio ... cosa chiedere di più ?? Veramente un paradiso sul golfo

Far from “Welcome”, here it feels like you have to pass a selection for NASA astronauts with a gala dress code. The fact that there is a mandatory minimum spend of €50 per person (drinks and service excluded, obviously! We are not at a discount store!) already gives you an idea of ​​the mood. But be careful: if one of your friends stands you up at the last minute, you still pay for them too. If you want to cancel, do it by 6:00 pm, because after that you will find yourself offering dinner to the ghost of the absentees. And if you think you will arrive 16 minutes late? No way: call or die socially. There is a landline number to contact (in the middle of 2025!), or a cell phone active only during office hours. A dinner organized with the flexibility of a ministry. But the best is at the end: entry is subject to “careful selection”. Translated: if your loafers don’t shine enough or your shirt has a wrong button, they might kick you out even with a confirmed reservation. All with the grace of a chic 90s disco. Bottom line: if you want to eat relaxed, with real friends, dressed like human beings and not like extras in a Kubrick film… look elsewhere. Here you dine only after having passed the swimsuit test, the Latin test and the blessing of high fashion.

31/05/2025: A place with an elegant atmosphere and excellent service. Despite this, it did not meet expectations, the food was nothing special, the patanegra was good, but the paella was nothing like the Spanish one. The show was nice but not at all engaging. High prices, there is a minimum spend of 50 euros per person excluding drinks and service. Overall, it did not leave me with the desire to return at all.

29/08/2025: Today at Carmignani's pastry shop on Via Monte Cervialto, I was having breakfast. An old man came in and asked for a bottle of mineral water. The clerk said it was 50 cents. The old man replied, "I only have 30 cents." The clerk rudely replied, "Get yourself a glass of still water." Hearing this, I thought I'd pay the Lord for the water. I applaud the empathy and sensitivity of Carmignani's pastry shop. They won't see me again, especially since it's not the first time they've given me a rude answer. There are better pastry shops...

25/07/2025: For the umpteenth time, I wanted to give someone a chance to make amends for the service provided, but once again, when I asked for an Aperol Spritz to go, I was rudely served. The "barista" grabbed what was left of the ice in the machine with her hands, filled the glass with tonic water, and smeared it with a drop of Aperol. After paying €5, I left and threw it away. I will never return. What used to be the go-to pastry shop in the area is now, unfortunately, a cheap place with forced smiles.

If by Agriturismo you mean "...agricultural production (or, alternatively, animal husbandry), the valorization of the local agricultural resources..." etc., "Da Nino" is not Agriturismo. We had two tasting menus. To put it in Borghese's words: - Location: 8 - Menu: 3 (fried vegetables (just zucchini??); gnocchi with ragù that tasted of semolina, not potatoes; ragù was mediocre, I tried to ask for parmesan, but I couldn't; Chicken with peppers: a wing and a piece of breast (bone), ... and the peppers??? - Service: 5 - Bill: 4 I wouldn't go back

21/07/2025: Got pizza delivered to a hotel close by. Decent pizza if you’re not bothered to leave the hotel. The potato pie was surprisingly tasty. Found the marinara way too intense. Aubergine with was really good though. All in all, it gets the job done if you’re looking for a quick bite. Also feel the portion sizes were massive although they didn’t look that way online.

19/07/2025: Dopo oltre 20 anni di viaggi in Camper e numerosissime strutture da noi visitate, decidiamo, senza esitazione di incoronare "Regina" questa splendida trattoria a pochi passi dal Duomo di Bolsena!!! I gestori sono professionisti preparati, affabili e accoglienti;lei è una cuoca straordinaria che non ha nulla da invidiare ai famosi chef stellati dai nomi altisonanti! L'atmosfera è familiare e accogliente ed il cibo di straordinaria qualità! Lunga vita alla "Regina"!!! A presto.

It's a shame I was passing through and in a hurry, and I was disappointed I couldn't stop. I'm sure that from tomorrow, when we're on that stretch of road, it will be a stop we can't even make, especially since the owner is a fellow countryman of mine. It's no use, we understood each other immediately, we're warm-hearted people ❤️

26/04/2025: Buoni antipasti e primo. Tagliata marchigiana (no chilometro zero) senza sapore e cotta male. Sia al nostro arrivo che all’uscita, abbiamo salutato il cuoco che fumava fuori dal ristorante e non era neanche vestito in divisa.

10/06/2025: Dinner marked by obvious oversights, to err is human so I hope to change my mind. Fantastic location, immersed in the Maremma, shame about the long waits for both water and the menu and for not finishing the order. Unfortunately it is the first weekend of the season so also understandable. The mixed appetizer unfortunately arrived with the only two cooked dishes still frozen inside, a sign of delays and haste. The pasta with wild boar was really little about 60-70 g (considering that the dish costs about 15-16 euros price for which such a quantity is not presentable). Excellent quality of the wild boar stew, terrible chicory; inedible due to overcooking, for which we were also mocked for not having consumed a product at km 0, unfortunately not evaluated by the chef. Good dessert recommended by the kind waiter, the only one who had noticed the problems of the whole evening. You can see the commitment and attention to detail, I hope to change my mind next time. The customer must always be treated as such, in all phases from welcome to farewell.
