20/07/2025: Very good experience. Despite the fact they did not have english menu, the waitress spoked it good enough did her best to explain us everything. It was funny and not complicated at all. Meals are tasty, tiramisu is great. House wine is good also. But I should warn, that it might be not possible to find a taxi there. We managed to come there on a taxi, but could not find a driver back to Ostia for an hour. We ended up being dropped off by locals, who enjoyed there evening at the restaurant as well.

31/08/2025: Beautiful location, clean, tidy, and well-organized. The animals were lovely to visit, and the children's play areas (both indoor and outdoor) were much appreciated. Excellent food and very friendly staff. It was a pleasant discovery!

15/08/2025: Fantastic Roman trattoria in Tufello. Maybe it's located a bit further away from the more famous, historic trattorias that are now only a tourist magnet, but the quality of the food is top-notch. The amatriciana is fantastic, the service staff are friendly and professional, and dining under the pergola is very romantic. I don't get more famous places anymore; it's worth the extra step to eat well in a beautiful, yet unassuming, location. Highly recommended.

18/08/2025: Slow service and the carbonara I had was awful, a sort of omelette water with 4 pieces of something that wasn't bacon, the first time I found myself leaving a carbonara halfway on the plate, in any case it's too expensive for the place and quality

25/08/2025: The food and wine was good. We had the fried oxtail in panko, carbonara and grilled prawns and langoustine (this was on their specials), all very delicious. However,, when it came to paying the bill, the waiter said that the service charge is not included so we said we’d add it to the final amount to be paid by card. He said he can only be paid in cash and that his boss/bosses won’t allow service charge to be included in the final amount of the bill to be paid by card; we didn’t have cash so couldn’t pay it. My husband noted that our waiter didn’t ask for this “tip/service charge” from another table that he was serving, so presumably he was asking us because we were non-Italian/ tourists. I wondered if anyone has experience anything similar? Whilst we didn’t pay this “tip/service charge” in the end, it was an unfortunate end to a lovely meal, as he treated us differently as tourists, which came across as dishonest and insincere. If you do go to this restaurant, just be aware of being asked to pay a tip/service charge in cash, check your itemized bill to see if any service charge is already added. Perhaps double-check with the cashier (a lot of people pay at the cashier and not at the table).

25/08/2025: Restaurant da Francesco was a fantastic find, recommended by family, and it lived up to the hype. Our waiter was attentive, charming, and provided excellent service with spot-on recommendations. The wine was superb and budget-friendly. The pizza and pasta were easily the best we’ve had in Rome—full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was great, and the pricing felt fair. I’d definitely return!

15/07/2025: I stopped for dinner this evening. I come here often because finding a good seafood restaurant, being lucky enough to be able to walk there, is not easy at all. As usual, it never disappoints. Very good food at fair prices. What more could you ask for? The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, always very attentive. And the chef is excellent. He cooks really well, and that's a must. Congratulations!

13/07/2025: Food 7. Nice location with an internal garden, but poor service needs addressing. I strongly suggest lighting up your street sign, especially since you're not visible from the street. Add an experienced waiter who can train and coordinate the three young waitresses who don't even know the basics, which is a shame because you'll lose customers. There was a table with wild kids; they should have been reprimanded, and the adults present should have been made aware of this. Advertise online. Good luck.

17/08/2025: Everything was delicious and the service was fast. The staff was professional and friendly. Even though some of the dishes we ordered were forgotten, we were able to notify the kitchen directly via our tablet, and they brought them to us shortly thereafter—very efficient. Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: A truly Italian café. Away from all the "front-of-house" cafes in the most touristy areas where everything is sold at ridiculous prices and of terrible quality, I suddenly found this café in a beautiful neighborhood, next to the Church of the Relic of the Holy Cross. I had an incredible coffee and croissants for less than €4 per person, and best of all, I was surrounded by locals. Healthcare workers, office workers, locals... and the staff were very friendly, kind, and above all, locals!

28/08/2025: I was just here for a few drinks, and I highly recommend it. They always serve snacks, and it's open 24/7—what more could you want? ;)

31/08/2025: My partner and I went there on Saturday night, and I have to say we had a lovely evening! I don't know, maybe we just had a super quiet Saturday. Friendly staff 🙂 The girl at the bar was great, the London Mules were excellent 🍹🍹 PS: The fries were also delicious. Average prices.

04/09/2025: We were staying nearby, so we decided to go to this restaurant that evening. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. For an appetizer, we ordered a meat and vegetable platter (terrible, totally not worth €13; you get two types of the cheapest mortadella ham and some vegetables). Only the bruschetta for €3 was worth it and quite tasty. For the main course, we ordered two pasta dishes. I can honestly say it was the worst spaghetti Bolognese I've ever had; it tasted like some cheap supermarket pre-made product. Not to mention the bread, which no one asked for, no one wanted, no one ate, and they charged us an extra €4. I should also add that we were served by a guy in tracksuits who was clearly bothered by us, while the rest of the well-dressed waiters sat inside doing nothing. I definitely don't recommend it; there are plenty of tastier and more pleasant places in Rome.

31/08/2025: Well done guys, really well done! The pizza is exceptional, easy to digest, fragrant, with just the right toppings, and delicious fried food. The service was quick and polite. Well done, finally a pizzeria in the area that deserves it!

29/08/2025: Until recently, it was the best pizza in the neighborhood. Then I couldn't figure out if they changed management, chef, or what. The last time, a few days ago, the pizza was inedible. Too bad, they used to be a given.

10/07/2025: Excellent hospitality and customer service, a simple yet impeccable atmosphere. The wine selection was spot on, at reasonable prices. From this management, you'd expect more flavorful dishes, or elegant ones with a touch more flair. Instead, while everything was good, the dishes were fairly standard, almost anonymous. In my opinion, the kitchen could do better than the dining room.

27/07/2025: Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not a given, but the pizza (eaten to take away) is good, well-seasoned and cheap.

17/07/2025: A very atmospheric restaurant. The owners serve typical Italian dishes. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The pizza was the best I've ever had—it simply melted in my mouth. A big thank you for the unforgettable flavors.
