The best sushi in Viterbo.
The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They're also super helpful with takeout. The place is clean and the food is very good.
I went to this restaurant for lunch and I have to say I had a great time.
The lunch menu is obviously limited compared to dinner, but there are still plenty of options. The sushi was really good; the only flaw I found was the sashimi, which was completely inedible because it was frozen—too cold! Even the texture itself was like freshly frozen fish!
Otherwise, everything was fine.
The atmosphere is a bit dark, but still pleasant. The food is good, although the menu is slightly more limited than other places (for example, no fried or baked ravioli). Service is fast and professional. Prices are average, perhaps slightly lower than the competition.
