28/07/2025: Since the management changed, with Maurizio behind the counter, it's been a whole different story!!! I often pass by there, with a counter always full of every pizza flavor, including the stuffed crostini with potato croquettes!!! BUT THE BEST BY FAR IS THE PIZZA WITH VEGETABLE CHARCOAL, SPECTACULAR!!! UNIQUE TASTE AND FLAVOR, highly recommended!!! Not to mention the fried foods, always golden brown, a sign that the oil is changed often and the fried food remains light, crispy, tasty with just the right browning!!! Congratulations, keep it up!!!

25/08/2025: We returned after years because the mussels weren't exactly fresh (to put it mildly). We arrived early, were immediately seated, and shortly afterward asked what to order. The menu was verbally presented without prices and was not very clear. We ordered a seafood appetizer for four (there were five of us), and so far so good. After a while, exactly five small plates of food arrived: four calamari heads in tomato sauce, about 20 mini octopus, some bruschetta, and a few spoonfuls of seafood salad. This was probably enough for two, so much so that until they asked us what we wanted first, we were convinced more would arrive. The first courses, however (three risottos with cream of scampi, one seafood risotto, and one spaghetti with clams) arrived fairly quickly and in generous portions. Another sore point after the mini appetizer was the service. Apart from the initial meal, when the place was almost empty, it was slow and poor afterward. Appetizer plates remained on the table for dozens of minutes, entrees arrived without being cleared, and then entrees remained on the table until dessert. They were definitely understaffed, but having to clear the table myself so as not to have a dirty plate in front of me isn't a good thing. For about €30 per person, excluding wine and with only three desserts... I don't think we'll be back.

11/03/2025: My wife and I have been customers for 5 years now, we come once or twice a month, they have never missed a dish... here we eat both Chinese and Japanese, the best we know in Rome: their strength is that they are a family + some employees and they are not a chain... you can really feel the flavors of the dishes, the salmon sashimi here is incredible, it melts in your mouth! Since the Covid period they have also specialized in take-away, they have a lot of orders but this has never affected table service. For take-away, which we tried a few times, they have a fantastic method of using special trays that deliver hot food to your home. The owner is fantastic, she goes around the tables to briefly entertain customers, helps serve the girls at the tables and follows take-away orders with precision; It may seem that we are too good and in favor of the place but after 5 years of going to a place to feel good, what would you do? And then I have been an (Italian) chef for 20 years and I am very critical and I can also say from experience that they are strong here. I highly recommend the Thai rolls with sauce (unique), the raw or cooked uramaki depending on your taste, try to come and you will agree with me.

07/09/2025: The place is very nice, and the attention to detail is very high, both in terms of food and alcohol (we received excellent recommendations for both the gin and tonic and the amaro). The portions are generous, so you won't leave hungry. We had some very good fried food as an appetizer, and we relied on off-menu options for our first and second courses. The dishes themselves were good, but I wouldn't recommend them as a single course because they didn't complement each other well, and overall, it was a bit heavy. If I may offer a suggestion: I would have preferred a smaller portion of the marinated whitefish as an appetizer, but it was a bit cloying (and we split one portion between two). There were some small oversights in the service, which are absolutely passable, but not if the bill is what it is (like not clearing the table before serving the next course, or leaving the surrounding tables dirty). Perhaps one person for the dining room is not enough. The price isn't excessive, especially considering the quality of the ingredients, but it's still significant. I would definitely go back because, aside from these little things, it's a nice place.

21/08/2025: We visited Opificio di Ronciglione during a family trip and were thrilled. There were four of us and we returned twice in just two days: this speaks volumes about the quality and the experience we had. The food is excellent, original, and truly delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional: they made us feel welcomed and cared for. A place absolutely worth trying and one we recommend without hesitation. Kudos to the entire staff!

24/08/2025: A little disappointed by the pizza which wasn't pizza dough and in my opinion too thin without a crust. The price, in my opinion, is always too high for what we ate. A white pizza with sausage and mushrooms, the dried ones. Two lamb dishes, each dish had 3 pieces of meat, two portions of chips, half a liter of wine, a bottle of water and a bottle of Coke, the dessert offered by them. 60 euros. The dishes were not specified on the receipt, it was a single bill.

22/08/2025: We went to Bellaria for dinner with a large vacation group. We received a very warm welcome and were given a great spot on the terrace. We ordered various starters and main courses. We were impressed by the quality and service. All the children were able to make their own pizza with the chef and then received a pizza-making diploma. Dear Bellaria team, keep up the good work. Thank you for this wonderful evening!

01/09/2025: An experience to forget and to negatively publicize to anyone who might know! Prices are off-market, you eat on plastic tables and chairs with paper placemats, portions worthy of a gourmet restaurant, and the market restrooms have no soap or toilet paper...a disgrace!!!

25/07/2025: Excellent bar. I go there for breakfast before going to work. What can I say? The cappuccino is excellent, the pistachio croissant is delicious. I love pistachios. The place is clean, the staff are really friendly, and you can chat with them. I'll be back here very often.

26/08/2025: A couple with a child ordered two coffees and a tea in a carton. Having an upcoming appointment and seeing that people who arrived after us were drinking, after almost half an hour I asked the waiter—politely, I emphasize—who replied, "As far as I'm concerned, you can go," probably because of our non-local accent. I don't want to comment on the waiter's frustrations, as he's certainly in the wrong profession and wouldn't work where I live, but at least he could have taken the child's tea from the fridge before serving friends and acquaintances. Even an apology would have been accepted (we're talking about two coffees). I'd heard similar comments about this bar before (my family is from Fondi). It's a shame because the bar itself is beautiful, and people like that working there ruin its reputation.

29/06/2025: Came here by chance, not a lot of choice, but very traditional. Very generous portions, maybe too much for an ayce Very good salmon, as well as sea bass and tuna. I would replace the L2 shrimp among the choice of raw products

21/07/2025: You can tell the difference from the wrong pizza. About twenty days ago, I ordered two pizzas from Panuè. They were delivered within the timeframe indicated on the app, but the Marinara 2.0 I had ordered arrived missing some of the ingredients. I called to report the mix-up, and the owner apologized and offered to replace it with a full pizza on the fly. It was 9:30 PM, I was quite hungry, and I agreed to a discount the next time. The pizza was still very good. Yesterday, I reordered two Marinara 2.0s from Panuè, plus another pizza. They delivered within the timeframe indicated, and they even gave me one as a gift to apologize for the last time. What can I say? The pizza was delicious, the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend this pizzeria.

24/08/2025: We dined here on the evening of August 15th with friends. Everything was excellent despite the restaurant being packed. All our requests were met, as there was even a celiac person there. The pizza was super easy to digest!

22/08/2025: It was one of the few restaurants open in mid-August. Large selection of pizzas. Tasty and generously sized. Service is friendly and fast. The nonnas in the kitchen do a great job. 2 people, 2 main courses + 3 drinks = €27
