Old Wild West In Roma

My favorite Old Wild West and one of my favorite places to visit. Very friendly staff in a beautiful location inside a park.

Excellent as always, the guys are all kind and smiling, the atmosphere is truly TOP!!! Everything is delicious from the appetizers to the meat. The BEEF EXPERIENCE was cooked perfectly rare, it was delicious and tender, and the teriyaki salmon was excellent!!! My go-to place in the area!!!!

For an excellent dining experience costing much less than expected, I highly recommend this restaurant. Two of us in my party greatly enjoyed high-quality and delicious rib eye steaks—each one perfectly grilled exactly as ordered. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted and immediately seated next to a window with a nice view of the park. Our server—with an excellent command of English—was very helpful. We were offered ice in our drinks and bread with our meal. Multiple staff members repeatedly checked to ensure our satisfaction. Our evening here was most enjoyable. I’m certain we will return. Our most recent visit to the Old Wild west in Infernetto was as good as the one before. Emmanuel was our server and he remembered helping us the last time. He was exceptional in attending to our wishes. The other employees were also efficient and attentive as well.

A rather perplexing review for Old Wild West, located inside a park where many families spend their free time and children can play happily. The concept of the location is certainly pleasant and family-friendly, which is why we were invited to dinner on a Saturday evening. As for the food, the quality is average for this type of chain: nothing particularly bad, but also nothing that justifies the increasingly high prices. The real problem was the service, which was completely disorganized, especially considering that Saturday evenings are predictably the busiest time of year and one would expect more knowledgeable and efficient management. The main courses arrived while we were still eating the appetizers, creating confusion at the table and completely detracting from the enjoyment of the dinner. The drinks, however, arrived extremely late, even after we had almost finished the appetizers, despite having requested them multiple times. Additional drinks ordered later also never arrived, forcing us to constantly hassle the staff. In conclusion, this chain's prices have now approached those of traditional restaurants, but they don't offer the same level of service or quality. It's clear that these formats continue to attract many people, likely more for the context and branding than for the actual experience offered.
