My husband and I dined at this restaurant two consecutive nights during our stay in Mantua, and it was a real discovery. We ate both the risotto and other local specialties, both excellently cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A truly welcoming and informal place, where you immediately feel at ease. We came specifically for the boiled meats, which, honestly, we found to be average, neither good nor bad. However, the real discovery was the first course: the 'Risotto Chicco' was an absolute gem, truly DELICIOUS! An incredible flavor that turned the meal around. The price was absolutely reasonable for the overall experience. If you're passing by, the risotto is a must!

18/02/2026: We stayed with them for Valentine's Day. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery (and snow, in our case, in February). The rooms are new and very nice. The hospitality was top-notch, the breakfast included with the room was delicious and home-made, and the value for money was excellent! We'll definitely try it again in the summer!
12/02/2026: I was given a bottle of your beer as a gift, and it was excellent. I'll be back to restock as soon as I can.

01/05/2026: I chose this restaurant randomly, just because it was close to my hotel, without having any real expectations. Seeing that all the tables were full was already a good sign, and I was lucky to find a spot. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming with everyone, creating the feeling that all guests were regulars. The seafood spaghetti was full of flavor, with perfectly cooked seafood and a well-balanced combination with the pasta. And the tiramisu was simply out of this world. It turned out to be a truly outstanding culinary experience, and I will definitely come back in the next few days.
21/04/2026: Welcoming place, helpful manager and staff, and honestly, the paccheri all'arrabbiata I ate are unforgettable...delicious. Fair prices. We also purchased the famous sbrisolona cake. Recommended.
