We had lunch here during our day trip to Verona: a rustic little place, with limited seating on a hilltop away from the city center.

Bigoli with sardines: superb!
Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù: superb!

We highly recommend this little place!

We had lunch yesterday, March 27, 2026, at this wonderful family-run trattoria. Found by chance, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection. The Amarone rice was top-notch. The rabbit and roast veal were excellent, all demonstrating the chef's skill.

A small, welcoming osteria that was discovered by chance. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home.
Expertly prepared, tasty, and fragrant food, with prices that are almost too fair for their value. We opted for the bigoli with duck ragù and the fettuccine with wild boar ragù, plus the guinea fowl (sublime), water, and half a glass of house red wine. To finish, a sbrisolona and a nougat semifreddo.
Total cost: €57.
The staff were kind and attentive, taking care of their customers.

I had lunch today with a friend. A platter of cured meats and cheeses, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and bigoli with donkey ragù. Everything was excellent and plentiful. I recommend it; reservations are recommended.

It's exactly how a trattoria should be: old, small, and absolutely fantastic!!!
We were here for the second time since August, and it was incredible!!!
We went wild trying everything on the menu, four different dishes, and the same result – the epitome of perfection!
The "older" waiter is a bit "grumpy" and doesn't even try to speak anything other than Italian, but that's fine – no problem, believe me (us), it's worth it!
