On vacation in Verona for a weekend, at the suggestion of a couple of friends, we came here for dinner. We immediately loved the ambiance and decor, and the care with which the restaurant has been renovated is evident. The two young, professional, and exquisitely kind waiters immediately gave us the impression that the "beauty" of the place wasn't just superficial. What can I say, we ate divinely! Appetizer: Venetian soppressa with toasted polenta and Modena balsamic vinegar. First course: Guinea fowl-stuffed buttons and Amarone risotto (superlative, a true delight). Second course: Beef cheek braised in Amarone (fantastic) and Venetian-style boiled meat, served à la carte with mustards, horseradish cream, salsa verde, and pearà (it would be worth returning to the Ristori Inn for this dish alone). Dessert: Tiramisu and a sorbet. Thanks to the entire Ristori staff for this culinary experience! My only regret is not having complimented the chef directly. Well done, well done, well done!!

Cuisine has devolved, with dishes that claim to be traditional but have lost their consistency and flavor. Fish appetizers and spaghetti alla busara are a prime example. The same goes for meat. Less sophistication, more consistency and flavor.

An elegant yet welcoming and unpretentious venue. The menu is incredibly interesting and full of original dishes. The spaghetti cacio e caffè with roasted veal belly is a must-try. The prices are reasonable, and there's also the option of a tasting menu for the whole table for €40, including an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. Truly affordable. Highly recommended!

A delightful and welcoming venue, just outside the theater. Pleasant background music accompanies a menu of traditional dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Truly exquisite flavors. Superb service and a superb chef. The wines they offer are also noteworthy. See you next time!
