25/10/2025: Family lunch with a stunning view! Excellent food, excellent price! Very kind staff, fast and organized! Despite there being an invasion of motorcyclists given the beautiful day, we were served impeccably, which is not a given when it's so crowded. My daughter played in the nearby park after lunch, and we basically had a wonderful day! I will definitely be back. Highly recommended place!

21/10/2025: We were very happy to find this restaurant as many others were closed due this off-season time. The restaurant is located in the very center of the town, has lots of dining spaces and is amazingly decorated with dozens of paintings of the Cervino mountain and its related stories and legends. All paintings were painted by the same painter. The food was versatile and good although not too sophisticated as we took mostly the vegeterian.

22/09/2025: Four days of relaxation and great hiking in the Ayas Valley. We stayed at the Punta Zerbion, a beautiful family-run hotel located on the main road, in a clean and spacious room. Breakfast was varied, with a focus on sweets. Homemade jams and biscuits were served, as was the generous dinner, which included a vegetable buffet, a first course, a second course, and a dessert of your choice. €30 per person is a lot for half board, but the attention to detail and variety of dishes makes up for it. The icing on the cake was the pool with sauna, where you can rejuvenate after your hikes without paying any extra... something not to be taken for granted. We highly recommend this establishment.

Everything was perfect, the location, the heated indoor pool with sauna, the outdoor games for children, the indoor games room for board game evenings, the bar with an excellent Prosecco, not forgetting the restaurant which is truly excellent! And a warm welcome, a sense of service that is very pleasing! Thank you very much, the week was exceptional!

19/10/2025: Review of the restaurant. Simple but comfortable. Excellent food, what more can I say... tasty, authentic, and top-quality, served in generous portions by a very kind and patient lady. Reasonable prices. Must try!

18/08/2025: We dined at La Clotze and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with great respect for tradition, and the service was attentive and top-notch. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent: we started with a mocetta and lardo appetizer, and I must say I've never tasted such delicious lardo. This was followed by an exquisite venison steak, and for a sweet finish, a chocolate tart and homemade apple pie. Everything was simply impeccable.

06/08/2025: After visiting the Bard Fort and its exhibitions, we had an excellent lunch. Delicious appetizers. A pasta with eggplant and grated provola cheese, lemon ice cream, and a good coffee. Excellent service. I recommend it.

01/09/2025: My favorite restaurant in the entire Valdigne. The cuisine is creative yet solid, with Japanese influences (the chef is Japanese), and truly exceptional. From appetizers to dessert, the menu is short, but every dish is a treat. Even though I don't drink alcohol, I still come here: it's truly exceptional. My only complaint is that the portions are a bit small. According to my fellow diners, the wine list is superb. The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, truly pleasant. Prices are reasonable for the quality; it's easy to spend over €50, but it's worth every penny. Plus, they're open outside of high season, which is rare in the area.

08/10/2025: Had cheese fondue, it was lukewarm, and had a very maizena like structure taste in the mouth. Like it was from “a package with cheese powder with water or milk added” instead of freshly made. It was also extremely fast - we ordered it and within 3min we got it served. Seems impossible for melted cheese fondue.

08/10/2025: Don’t recommend the Cheesefondue, It was one of the worst I ever tasted… I had the impression that it was cheesepowder with milk. Service was fast and staff was kind.

29/09/2025: I was there for dinner, as soon as we arrived they sat us down, we ordered a very good platter of cured meats, I had the pasta with game ragù very spicy to my taste.
