I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Valle d'aosta

09/11/2024: Tutto chiuso fuori stagione, fortunatamente troviamo questo ristorante aperto, non si mangia male, ma le porzioni sono da fame, la fonduta servita con la moccetta e dei citriolini, va bene come stuzzichino, di secondo uno spezzatino, tre pezzetti di numero, a prezzi non proprio economici, vista la quantità… comunque buoni..

14/01/2025: A cozy, quiet place in the center of the town. You can drink a beer or something stronger. The older gentleman was probably a nice and smiling host. You're a little less, but whatever :)

05/04/2025: We ate in the restaurant so can’t comment on the hotel. Beautiful setting. However, it was extremely busy and the staff all appeared stressed and not particularly friendly. We were given a wine menu but no selection of other drinks/soft drinks which we borrowed from the adjacent table. Waited ages to order. When the food eventually came, it was all delicious (despite a piece of plastic being found in one of the pasta dishes - clearly evidence of rushed kitchen staff - however, the staff were apologetic and removed the dish from our bill and also gave a complimentary dessert). Overall, we were disappointed as the restaurant looked lovely and there was a great atmosphere.

13/03/2025: I ate in this restaurant, ordering tomino, without telling me that they were made from goat. According to them, the homemade ice cream is full of lumps and the bill is high. I won't go back there again.

09/03/2025: Italy’s best polenta. Kind staff. We come here after a snowshoe or a morning skiing.

08/03/2025: The Aosta Valley and their reputation for sustainability... can I have a glass of water with my coffee? Even the tap... NO THE TAP WE CAN'T!!... how? Are we not in the desert or in Marrakech where the groundwater is polluted?? But you can keep the half liter plastic bottle too... and let's hope that pollution, plastic and trucks will submerge your "sustainable" mountains... because with the money you earn from the bottles you can clean them...

16/03/2025: The food is great, even better service. Maybe too close tables to each other. But when you try the risotto. You forget what's next to you. To come back, and try more delicious dishes

19/02/2025: Sono ottime sia le pizze che i piatti tipici. Il locale è molto bello, ancora di più se si ha la fortuna di cenare vicino al camino acceso. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto

16/09/2024: Dopo una camminata, ci siamo recati in questo caratteristico ristorante in Val Ferret, immerso nella quiete, con polenta cucinata sulla stufa a legna. Materie prime di qualità e buon servizio. Prezzi molto onesti in un locale genuino, in considerazione che si trova nelle vicinanze della blasonata Courmayeur. Lo consiglio a chi vuole assaporare i piatti della tradizione Valdostana e godersi quell'attimo di pace di cui tutti siamo alla ricerca.

15/09/2024: The restaurant is not visible from the road, but by climbing a short hill, which can be traveled on foot or by car, it is possible to reach it. The lady serving the tables was extremely friendly and helpful, taking care of our every need despite the place being without great pretensions. We ate outside and the view was spectacular, made even more beautiful by the excellent polenta we ate.

03/02/2025: Nonostante non avessimo la prenotazione e il locale fosse pieno di gente , il personale ci ha accolti con la massima disponibilità , sono riusciti con un po’ di pazienza a trovarci un tavolo. Ristorante caldo, accogliente, pulito e caratteristico con un po’ di originalità. Cucina ottima , gustosa e tipica. Personale preparato cordiale e veloce. Una nota di merito in più, va fatta perché vengono accolti con gentilezza anche i cani ( questo fa la differenza su altri locali dove non sono accettati ) e viene ,se possibile ,dato un tavolo più laterale per comodità . Grazie a voi abbiamo passato una bella serata. Torneremo!!

26/03/2025: Small restaurant after being able to taste the zero km products. They have a plot of land where they grow corn, fruit and other products that they serve with their dishes.

09/03/2025: Super restaurant!!! Very well-kept and warm location that makes you feel at home; a lot of wood which, in addition to being beautiful, warms the heart. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, their way of being, friendly and simple, makes you feel right at home. Food, there are no words, everything at km0, all rigorously prepared by them and while eating you can feel all the goodness and authenticity of the products used. If I had to recommend a dish I wouldn't know which one because they are all excellent but I think it is a must to try the starters, both cured meats and cheeses. I would like to compliment the chefs and the ladies because you turned a lunch that was supposed to be a work break into a unique and convivial lunch. We will definitely be back!!!!
