Nice walk, we continued up to the Champillon hill, on the way back we had lunch in the refuge. Great welcome and great food!

We took advantage of an "autumn" offer with half board for €60, including use of the sauna. Excellent value for money, excellent (and plentiful!) food, fabulous sauna, cleanliness in every area of ​​the refuge, great hospitality and availability of the manager. Special mention for the chocolate cake. Well done!

Had lunch on a Sunday in September. Great service and delicious food. The view then... wow.

Very well equipped refuge, (sauna and hydromassage available) with beautiful environments and a purely Alpine flavour, the menu is rich and the orders delivered quickly and abundantly, very helpful and friendly staff (be careful of the girl with the steamer will amaze you) a very enjoyable environment with a splendid view that deserves a first visit and certainly a return. During the Combins tour we stayed in the "comfort room" with private bathroom. This room is located in the back overlooking the mess behind the shelter. The bed is stuck between the bedroom walls. It was comfortable but the linen wasn't clean in my opinion. The shower was well private but with a lot of mold. All night there was a light on outside which prevented you from sleeping well. It seems quite contradictory to waste electricity in the mountains. The evening meal was adequate. Breakfast was well stocked although fruit juices were not included. Very friendly and welcoming service. The refuge is very popular at midday and in the afternoon with day tourists who can park their cars nearby. Beautiful view of the valley. Connecting to the network is very difficult and you have to pay in cash.
