06/06/2026: I have to say that, despite being in a small, rural provincial town, this place makes you feel like you're on vacation somewhere else, while still retaining a homely feel. The products they use are high-quality, and everyone is always helpful and attentive. I haven't tried the evening aperitivo yet, but from what I've heard, even that is top-notch!

20/07/2025: Baita molto carina, con una bellissima vista sulle montagne, ma scomoda da raggiungere per via di un tratto di strada sterrato dove pascolano le mucche (lasciando escrementi nel parcheggio).
Cibo buono, ma prezzi elevati. Abbiamo preso una raclette per due, buona, ma ci aspettavamo delle porzioni più abbondanti per il prezzo pagato (27 euro a persona per quattro pezzetti di formaggio ciascuno accompagnati da verdure grigliate, pochi sottaceti e mocetta).
Apprezzato il gesto di offrire l'amaro a fine pasto.
27/04/2025: Siamo stati nell'ultimo fine settimana della stagione invernale, a ridosso della chiusura degli impianti, infatti non tutto il menù era disponibile, tuttavia la qualità dei piatti disponibili è stata indubbiamente ottima. Personale molto accogliente e gentile, camera piccola, comunque confortevole, bagno grande e comodo con il doppio lavandino. Posizione strategica, panorama davvero incantevole a 360 grandi, vista sul Cervino mozzafiato. Decisamente consigliato.

04/01/2026: Imagine booking a dinner as an "outsider" at a hotel restaurant and finding it fully booked upon your arrival, your table reassigned to a hotel guest, and the staff telling you that enforcing reservations isn't their concern. This hotel manages the spaces dedicated to its public charging stations, despite having a contractual obligation to the operator in question—Plenitude, which I contacted.
I've found this to be a recurring behavior, and the front desk flatly told me that enforcing the parking ban isn't their priority.
A little nudge to make it so.
22/12/2025: Lovely old school Italian hotel, where they go the extra mile and are so lovely. Food is brilliant, location is perfect (2 mins to the lift) and rooms are spacious and comfy.
We will be back.

30/05/2026: A waitress kindly showed us to a table, but then a rude colleague of hers arrived and arrogantly questioned whether we'd been seated by the wait staff, replying smugly, "I doubt it."
We immediately got up without even ordering.
People should learn to do their jobs.

07/02/2026: I called at 6:30 PM for two pizzas and was told I could choose the time, so I kindly requested the pizzas arrive at 7:00 PM. I called at 7:15 PM and the guy still had to leave! I called twice, it's 7:40 PM and a car pulls up outside my house, reverses, and drives away!!!!!! I call back and they don't answer!!!!! THIS IS MADNESS!!!!!

I placed an order at 8:30 PM and at 9:25 PM it was canceled for no reason, via text message.
Absolutely avoid.
Terrible.
If there was a chance, I would have given zero stars.

23/01/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give it less than one star. I've been traveling for work for over 20 years and I've never encountered staff who turn away customers because they don't have time to serve everyone! Despite the empty tables! Crazy, I don't recommend it.

09/01/2026: The place is right on the lakefront, with a beautiful and evocative landscape. They also have rooms available; they look lovely from the website. To be honest, we weren't crazy about the meat! And the polenta was nothing special. The lake is suitable for swimming, and there are also tables where you can picnic. The parking lot is a ten-minute walk away. I'd go back for an aperitif and to try the desserts!
21/12/2025: I wasn't able to have any experience at this place because I bought a €200 gift voucher in September, but in October I was told that it was fully booked, that they would be renovating in November, and I booked on December 6th. But I was NOT notified, and the day before I found out ON MY OWN that the place had been closed and no one had refunded me my money. The owner cannot be contacted, and I discovered via Facebook that I wasn't the only person whose money wasn't refunded. At this point, I have to say that it was a complete SCAM because, to be honest, the owner should have warned us. Not even the local municipal police were able to do anything. €200 LOST. BAD BEHAVIOR

01/02/2026: The staff clearly lack smiles, plus the €16 hamburgers are ridiculously overpriced for a really bad defrosted patty and bacon that's more fat than meat. You're better off going to McDonald's; it's better and cheaper!

11/04/2026: The waiters were courteous and helpful.
The food was expensive, and my son's lasagna tasted like the rest of the menu, probably from the day before. My game ravioli were acceptable, but what shocked me was that they floated in the butter as if they were broth. The Weiss beer, in a half-liter bottle with a matching 0.4-liter glass, was warm. If a German were to pass by, it would start World War III.
The prices were too high and out of proportion to the quality served.
04/04/2026: A very negative experience, starting with the rudeness of the waiters towards us! We arrived at 2 pm on the Saturday before Easter, a day when a restaurant should expect a certain influx of people, and instead, as we sat down, we had to choose a dish from the few that were left without knowing their cost. The most absurd thing is that they had run out of polenta with everything... we asked for sausages but we couldn't have them because there was no polenta. In short, every dish was linked to polenta! In the end, we had to eat ravioli that were supposed to be with butter but instead were floating in some unspecified water. In fact, when I asked what that water was, the very rude lady told me it was butter...! I may not be from the Aosta Valley, but I know what butter is like! Anyway, it's a shame because the refuge is in a wonderful place... a shame that these gentlemen from the Aosta Valley are bothered by tourists in their restaurant! A piece of advice: change your profession.

11/09/2025: A beautiful location, the pitches are level and well drained. Lots of walks straight from the site. We stayed one night and found the hosts very friendly but the facilities are old and not very good. We had no hot water, even when we paid for it. It's not a bad place to stay but there is better. €32 for a campervan with 2 people, 2 dogs and electric.

28/02/2026: I advise the lady at the cashier (the young girl) to be more POLITE with customers, not to treat them like they're a nuisance because customers PAY, they're not there to mooch.
When you don't feel like working, it's not worth dealing with people because it's unpleasant.
20/02/2026: The drink area upstairs is perfect but the restaurant is a disaster, cold pizza and the carbonara was horrible.
