We stopped here after a hike and had a slice of amazing cake with their homemade whipped cream. I've never tasted anything better! Stop by and have a nice snack. It's worth it.

A warm and attentive welcome, a splendid location with a view of the Ayace Valley, and food focused on Aosta Valley specialties, all delicious. We returned to complete our samplings. Aosta Valley soup, crespelle, porcini mushroom soup, onion soup...and then the desserts, with whipped cream made with their own milk. Highly recommended!

Yesterday we had lunch at this wonderful place, which, in addition to good food and friendly staff, offers a fantastic view. We had a great time and recommend it to all lovers of the mountains and typical products of the Val d'Ayas.

09/04/2026: I was there for lunch today. The atmosphere and music is great. Service is very poor. Almost like they are doing us a favor by coming for lunch and not the other way around. Food is average. Portions are small. Prices are high. Very overpriced for Italy and very overpriced for what you get. Quite disappointing experience and I would not recommend it.

25/01/2026: The manager was very helpful. I will definitely come back next year with my children.
24/01/2026: We have had a very lovely week here at Principe delle Nevi. Located straight at the piste of the great Cervinia/Zelmat ski domain. Pleasant young team did its best to give us a nice week. Try restaurant Bontadini on the piste Han Knooren
