16/03/2026: Saturday evening for four... A quaint place with an interesting menu. The only downside was the service: the pizza ordered at 8:15 PM arrived, after numerous complaints, at 9:40 PM. The lady (I think the owner) tried, unsuccessfully, to be polite, but her attitude betrayed a certain annoyance and nervousness. When we pointed out that we'd ordered a vegetarian pizza without peppers (which were actually on the pizza they brought us), she blamed the pizza chef, telling an employee to go call him to explain himself to us, which fortunately didn't happen because it would have been embarrassing. She also added that she'd have another one prepared for us to take away, but of course it never showed. After no one asked if we wanted dessert, we went downstairs to pay, thinking that given what had happened, the lady would cancel our pizza, but that wasn't the case. We also heard complaints from people at other tables. In our opinion, the lady should change her attitude towards customers and lose that air of superiority and arrogance that she displays.
12/03/2026: Very good pizzas, really welcoming and attentive staff, and a friendly atmosphere. Recommended!!

26/05/2025: Siamo stati da Mamme' per cena, siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e cortesia, il cibo è cucinato con molta passione e competenza. Complimenti, ora che vi abbiamo scoperto, torneremo sicuramente.
23/04/2025: Un Viaggio Sensoriale firmato dallo Chef Tommaso Mintineri che dopo aver lavorato in diversi ristoranti stellati nel mondo, apre il suo (fortunatamente) a Stroncone vicinissimo a Terni.
Da Mammè, quando ci si siede a tavola, inizia un vero viaggio, un percorso culinario orchestrato magistralmente dallo chef Montineri, un talento raro che con la sua esperienza trasforma ogni piatto in poesia.
Posso dire unico a Terni???
Un ristorante che non è solo un luogo dove mangiare, ma dove vivere un momento unico. Un applauso sentito allo chef Montineri e alla sua brigata.

02/09/2023: Siamo venuti a pranzo con la speranza di trovare il ristorante di pochi anni prima. (spoiler:🤮)
C'erano due primi e due secondi e non c'erano neanche le patate al forno. INAMMISSIBILE!!!
Almeno i dolci erano decenti nonostante un pelo.
24/07/2023: Un posto brutto e oltretutto alle 21,30 non avevano più niente da mangiare .
Ho ordinato una pizza con i fiori di zucca …1 fiore di zucca e 1 alice…una capricciosa 1 Coca-Cola in lattina calda una minerale servita in bottiglia di plastica calda …30 euro .
Non so se pensavano che siamo sprovveduti o se pensavano di rapinarci perché nel menu la pizza costava 8-9 euro
Sicuramente non ci tornerò
