The facility is top-notch and stands out for its incredibly welcoming atmosphere, combined with an attentive and professional staff. Special praise goes to Chef Gabriel Collazzo. His cuisine is the absolute star: the dishes were extraordinary, true works of art combining exceptional flavors with impeccable presentation. In addition to his culinary talent, I would like to highlight his kindness and admirable dedication to his guests. Chef Collazzo knows how to make the dining experience not only a pleasure for the palate, but a special and personalized experience. A true added value that makes all the difference! 25/11/2025: A 5-star experience in every sense of the word. If you want to feel pampered in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, you're in the right place. Superbly maintained spaces, extremely friendly staff, and a fabulous breakfast. The spa is also lovely, with a whirlpool in the pool that has sliding doors to access the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back.

25/12/2025: Very good pizzas. Plus very nice staff. We stay at the camping degli ulivi where they help us order takeaway pizza from here. I say it again very good pizzas.

The meat is incredibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth, but the real star is the truffle: they use a generous amount, freshly grated. • The atmosphere: friendly and easygoing. • The bill: decidedly fair, especially considering the quality and abundance of ingredients. 25/02/2026: We dined at Trattoria Italia 61 in Narni Scalo (Terni) and left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. A simple, welcoming place, just like a true trattoria of yesteryear, with that Umbrian homey feel that immediately captivates you. The two of us ordered: - bruschetta (a classic appetizer, but well-made, with crusty bread and flavorful sauces) - tagliatelle with ragù (homemade, rich ragù, a generous portion that fills you up halfway) - two mixed grills (grilled meat cooked to perfection: sausages, ribs, and more... all tender and fragrant from the wood, a delight!) - two side dishes (plenty of fresh and delicious, perfect with the meat) - a dessert (a homemade tiramisu, delicious and light to finish) - water All this—for a total of €53.00—with generous portions, authentic local ingredients, and an unbeatable value: you eat like a king for little money, which is rare these days. The staff is friendly, quick, and welcoming, making you feel at ease right away. The place is clean, with convenient parking (important in the area), and there's even an outdoor area in the summer. If you're passing through Narni Scalo (or exiting the A1 at Orte), stop here: it's one of those trattorias that makes you say, "I'll be back soon!" Highly recommended, 5 stars well deserved! We'll definitely be back.

19/03/2026: A very nice place to dine. Service was friendly and professional, meals were tasty and fairly priced. This restaurant is an excellent option, and also open when a lot of places are closed in the shoulder seasons.

21/10/2025: Truly excellent dinner! The tagliata was simply perfect, perfectly cooked and the meat was incredibly tender. The charcuterie and cheese platter was also excellent, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The basket of veal strips with cherry tomatoes, pecorino shavings, and arugula was delicious—a balanced and flavorful dish. Among the desserts, the chocolate tart and pistachio parfait are must-trys. The house sparkling white wine is also very good. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and well-kept, with a relaxed, family atmosphere. The owner is professional yet warm, while Sonia is tireless, kind, and always available. A place where you eat well and feel even better. Highly recommended! PS: I don't have any photos of the dishes because I preferred eating them rather than photographing them; the aroma took over! But there will be another opportunity.

16/12/2025: I was passing through Terni and was looking for a place to have dinner alone. I chose this osteria based on the reviews. I agree with what others have said: a welcoming place, an attentive and friendly host, good food, and a fair price. A place to return to.

24/11/2025: I was here last Saturday. I wasn't familiar with the place, but it was a pleasant discovery. The owner welcomed us with a smile and, even though we hadn't booked, he let us dine (there were three of us). For my first course, I had the caserecce with pumpkin, bacon, and parmesan. Spectacular! For my second course, I had delicious pork ribs with BBQ sauce. I also had dessert: a cinnamon crumble with cream and pears—not bad! What can I say... I recommend anyone passing through Terni to stop here. Very good dishes at fair prices. I'll be back.

23/02/2026: Great experience! We stayed as a couple over Valentine's Day weekend, taking advantage of a Smartbox offer. We found a warm and friendly welcome, and the room was spacious and tidy. The Valentine's Day dinner was delicious (especially the braised beef cheek), and the live music was a pleasant touch, in addition to the handmade decorations in the room. They truly care about detail and their guests, and they exude enthusiasm and creativity in their work! The offer also included a cooking class, which was also very thoughtful and detailed, but above all engaging (and hands-on from the start!). Breakfast was complete and varied, even savory if desired. Overall, a truly wonderful experience, highly recommended!

17/02/2026: My partner and I visited this agriturismo for Sunday lunch, and the food was excellent, with authentic, high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best for enjoying the outdoors, but the place is truly stunning, and you can tell it's even more pleasant in the summer, thanks to the pool and the large, tranquil spaces. We can't wait to return when the weather is nice to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. Highly recommended! ☀️

08/03/2026: A lovely, simple, and very welcoming place. The staff is incredibly kind, courteous, and friendly, yet not aggressive. The dishes are classic and simple, executed with precision. It's a place where you want to return time and time again, making it your own... home. The prices are absolutely affordable and fair. I want to return in the spring to enjoy the outdoor seating as well.

09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

21/12/2025: Amazing bar , you can find anything here at anytime of the day , until 2 am on Saturday! They have like 25/30 different Gin bottles , they sell tobacco and Scratch and wins , plus they do sandwich and croissant and amazing coffee ! Highly suggested, around here is the best ! Should win an award !!

05/02/2026: A delicious trattoria! We stopped for dinner and tried several dishes, all truly delicious and plentiful (the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms is highly recommended, truly excellent). The service was super friendly, there was no wait, and the prices were very reasonable. A wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!

25/01/2026: The manager is very friendly and outgoing. He makes you feel at ease. The food is high quality, but remember, it's a wine bar, not a restaurant; so you'll have a wide selection of wines, but the food is just a side dish!

15/12/2025: A warm and cozy little place, with an atmospheric open fireplace, exquisite cured meats and cheeses, homemade cappelletti in broth, and eggplant parmigiana—both hearty and delicious. The owner is the added bonus of this little restaurant/wine bar, always smiling and kind. He introduced us to a good local red wine, of which we ordered two glasses, and the new olive oil from the area, which we liked so much we ordered a can for the next day. A lovely, authentic experience, highly recommended!
