22/10/2025: Let's forget it... Since you enter and find the sign at the cash register saying "POS not working" (coincidentally), I should have left. Then, a good morning is always appreciated, and they even seem free. Sandwiches: all there in plain sight, wrapped in plastic. At first bite, they seem rubbery, then you realize they really are rubber! They "attempt" to heat them up without asking if we preferred them hot or cold... Maybe it was a commendable attempt to revive them. Coffee.... The value for money is more consistent at the vending machines. Oh... table service is not included. And oh well, that's a policy at all Autogrill restaurants... oh no, it wasn't. Now that I know, I won't go back, should I ever have another chance. I'm sorry.

17/10/2025: Beautiful ambiance, very friendly staff, and excellent food. We had pork skewers and lamb chops, respectively, and were impressed by both the preparation and the quality of the meat.

04/11/2025: A delightful restaurant located in the city center. Delicious food and very friendly staff. We highly recommend the stuffed pigeon.

03/11/2025: Great experience... We came to Orvieto for a short trip. At lunchtime, we looked for a restaurant and found Trattoria dell'Orso. We ate very well, everything was truly delicious. The staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommended. P.S. The background music was also perfect.

24/08/2025: We stopped along the Camino, but it would have been worth staying longer! Simona allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. Awaiting us was a beautifully appointed apartment, equipped with everything we needed, with a stunning view of the surrounding hills. We relaxed all afternoon in the beautiful pool, enjoyed a poolside aperitif, and dined on expertly prepared local dishes. All this was made even more special by the special company of Nicole and Antonio, who set the table for dinner and graced us with their presence! A truly welcoming experience. Thank you for everything, and I hope to see you soon!

Their welcome was so warm that we felt at ease from the first moment. ​They pampered us with their endless attention and spoiled us with their delicious dishes. We didn't just feel welcome, we felt like friends welcomed into their home. ​Thank you!

The torta al testo is delicious, as are other traditional dishes made with quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. Very interesting wine list! Very friendly staff who put everyone in a good mood. 07/10/2025: Food is fantastic. Hyper local products. Pasta made in house. We had the plate of the day pasta with guanciale and one with pesto. Both excellent. Would go again and again.

22/08/2025: A truly unique place in Amelia. We came in for lunch and ordered two fabulous dishes (a pasta of the day and a baked scamorza with vegetables). It was impossible not to stop at the deli; we bought taralli and biscuits, but everything else looked truly inviting. Top!

27/10/2025: Pleasant small hotel, situated in a quiet part of the city. Large garden, outdoor fitness, nice pool, outdoor seating. Plenty of free parking spaces in 2 parking lots in the Horela area. Cars are safe - monitored by cameras. The hotel is tastefully decorated, lots of marble in the interior, clean rooms, plenty of storage space. Clean bathroom, better cosmetics available. Shower suitable for Max 1 person 🙂 Our room had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and large garden. Breakfast was excellent, various combinations of toast, Italian pastries with different types of ham, salami, cheese, vegetables. About 6 types of croissants, various desserts, excellent hard cheese, prosciutto, salami, etc. Excellent coffee! Next to the restaurant also a night bar. Reception, restaurant and bar - many football jerseys, balls, gloves, football boots, etc. All original artifacts including personal awards of the famous Italian goalkeeper "Gigi Buffon" with a little luck you can meet him in the hotel. Nice staff, our son, who also plays football, received a postcard of Gigi Buffon with an original autograph plus a promise to sign a photo 👌🏻🇮🇹⚽ Small shortcomings: missing refrigerator in the room (only minibar available), missing source of drinking water in the common area. Thank you for a pleasant 5-day stay, we will be happy to stop by anytime

In the summer, you can dine in the beautifully landscaped outdoor garden. Located a short distance from the Marmore Falls, in a very quiet area. Vegan and gluten-free options available.
