08/06/2026: We're taking advantage of the June 1-2 long weekend with friends to visit Saint Rita of Cascia. I search for the route on Google Maps, and then the hotel. I look at several hotels, trying to stay as close as possible to Cascia, and I see Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Umbra, about a half-hour drive away. I check the reviews on various booking sites; the ratings and comments are 4/5 and 5/5. We decide to book immediately when we see the price of the rooms, including breakfast. We arrived in the afternoon, took a stroll around Foligno (very pretty) and returned to the hotel. We took advantage of the fact that the hotel restaurant was open and decided to have dinner here, and it couldn't have been a better choice. First course, second course, side dish, water and wine, with excellent product quality, at a super price. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need, especially the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. I'd give the entire hotel a 10/10. We slept very well, in absolute tranquility. Breakfast was truly complete, all managed by Mrs. Anna and Mr. Gianpiero, whom we thank for making us feel truly at home. See you soon. This is our entirely personal opinion.
