My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Chef Giancarlo Polito is more than just a master in the kitchen... he is a true gentleman. His genuine care for his guests and his dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences set this restaurant apart. Every visit feels special, thanks to the perfect combination of exquisite cuisine, warm hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay much longer. We absolutely love it here, and La Locanda del Capitano continues to be one of the highlights of our life in Umbria.
