Unfortunately, the experience didn't convince us. The restaurant seems to be aiming to offer experimental cuisine, with the idea of ​​combining elements of Umbrian tradition with references to Greek cuisine, but in our opinion, the results were rather uncertain. The dishes sought originality and unusual combinations, but without achieving either the depth of flavors of traditional cuisine or a truly memorable gastronomic exploration. We had the impression of a cuisine that was a bit suspended: not truly rooted in tradition, but not quite successful in experimentation either... The staff, however, was very kind and helpful. At one point, probably due to a lack of wait staff, one of the managers started serving tables directly and even tripped on the stairs, but managed, with skill and charm, to save the dish. It was a scene almost closer to a Rossini opera buffa in a tavern, with the innkeeper holding a flask under his elbow, than to the atmosphere of a chic restaurant, which the place seems to aspire to be, being experimental and innovative. Overall it wasn't a particularly successful experience for us.

A very charming and intimate place, suitable for couples or a small group of friends. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dishes are carefully crafted with sublime pairings. Perhaps the beetroot spaghetti needs a rethink, a bit lackluster... The octopus is exceptional, as is the Umbrian guinea fowl... Congratulations, we'll be back.

The dishes are anything but ordinary, some are especially good, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful, ideal for couples.

Did the special Valentine’s Day tasting menu. Every bite was delicious and unique, and staff and wine selection was incredible as well. Definitely worth a visit.

A very good and different meal; the chef is Greek and creates a wonderful fusion. His dishes are beautifully presented and have excellent flavor and balance.
