From the delicacies served as pre-starters, to the oil to accompany the bread, not to mention the main courses. Availability and attention to gluten-free, where from starters to desserts you can choose almost all the options on the menu. The best gluten-free bread I've ever eaten!

Wise respect and choice of products cooked with tasty originality

Couple's dinner The intention was for a nice dinner on a Saturday evening in Perugia but it turned out to be something more: a very good culinary journey! First of all, the place is very welcoming and with an enveloping design, the culture, in addition to being present in the dishes, surrounds you with the presence of books, old photos and bottles of wine. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, welcoming and the thing we liked most was the presentation of the dishes, we were offered an entrée and the use of the products (dishes made with food scraps that have not been used for other purposes) and the order to be followed to achieve a specific taste to be obtained at the end of the meal and this also for the other dishes served afterwards. We tried the sea tasting and the land tasting, a combination of flavours, emotions and tastes from Greece, Umbria and Tuscany, something magical!! It was not a simple dinner but a beautiful experience and journey. We highly recommend!!

The chef is very good and does research on the dishes and fortunately the prices are still affordable

It is a restaurant that deserves credit for the originality of its dishes and their presentation! In fact, the maître explains the emotional thought that is the basis of each dish, in great detail and is very communicative and kind. The room is made up of a narrow and dimly lit part, a sort of corridor, and a larger and brighter area. The narrowest part is more original and lends itself well to a romantic evening. The food is truly unique and can only be appreciated by those who, like me, appreciate the originality in the kitchen that comes from individual research. The dishes are generally based on contrasts, sweet and salty, delicate and acidic. I mention, for example, ice cream with ossobuco sauce or white chocolate chocolates filled with gorgonzola. The portions are small, as is usual in starred restaurants, you don't want to satiate the customer with one or two courses, but allow them to taste many. The meal is however enriched with freebies, which help to fill you up. Personally I was very satisfied with the experience, also because I was in the company of excellent friends.

We ate here early one evening and had the "Land" taster menu. The food is unashamedly creative, and is well balanced and professionally cooked (and served). However, to my taste it could be improved if there was more concentration on getting the maximum flavour out of a smaller number of ingredients. On each dish everything was carefully chosen to ensure the various ingredients combined harmoniously, but only in one course did the main ingredient really pack a flavour punch. I think that was a missed opportunity.
