This restaurant is right in the center of Norcia. The food was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely go there again!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and overall the experience was positive, thanks in large part to the kindness of the wait staff, who were helpful, attentive, and always courteous.
That said, there are some areas that could be improved. Service times were quite long. Furthermore, I found the rule that allows only two entrees per table to be limiting, a rule that can be inflexible, especially for groups wanting to sample multiple dishes.
Overall, a pleasant place for the quality of the service, but there is room for improvement in the organization and order management.

The cuisine gets top marks, with authentic flavors and well-executed dishes. I'm giving it four stars only for the ordering process: I find it absurd that a table can't order more than two different starters. In such a traditional place, there's a strong desire to experiment with the menu, and this restriction somewhat detracts from the convivial atmosphere. A little more flexibility would make the experience flawless. The food is excellent, but the organization needs rethinking.

We visited this restaurant on Sunday for lunch and opted for the set menu offered for the day. Everything was excellent! Appetizer with Norcia cured meats and cheeses, DELICIOUS Norcia-style pasta, meat-based main courses, and dessert, plus coffee/drinks.
The owner and the family who run the restaurant are truly welcoming. We'll be back soon to relive this family experience ☺️

For our first time in Umbria, we found this osteria with regional flavors. Everything was excellent, from the platter of cured meats and cheeses to the first course with truffles.

For Valentine's Day, we booked a table at this restaurant. It's a lovely, relaxed place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had delicious fregnacce alla norcina and with truffle! Highly recommended!

Family-run, the staff are friendly and approachable. The atmosphere is clean, and the food is excellent, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and homemade desserts. Worth a visit; reservations are recommended.
