On the recommendation of some colleagues, we discovered this restaurant and can say without hesitation that it is truly excellent, distinguished by its quality, elegance, and customer service. The location is splendid, and the warm and refined atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. Being in the center of Perugia, parking is not the easiest thing to find, but I recommend the Saba Piazza Partigiani car park, which is easily accessible via escalators; from there, it's a truly pleasant walk. The telephone reservation was quick and handled with great courtesy. The service, impeccable from start to finish, deserves special mention: the waiters were competent, discreet, always attentive, and capable of guiding the customer with precise and interesting explanations of the dishes. The cuisine is simply extraordinary. The truffle-based dishes were excellent, prepared with great care, balance, and quality ingredients. You can sense a great passion for cooking and an authentic attention to detail. Each course was a true pleasure, truly memorable. A high-end restaurant that combines professionalism, hospitality, and truly memorable cuisine. Sincere compliments to the entire staff for their work, which is evidently passionate and highly skilled. A place absolutely worth a visit, and one we will be delighted to return to.

12/04/2026: Food and service were amazing. We had dinner there and we had so many options of food with black or white truffles. Totally recommend it. Tartar and beef fondue were put of this world 😍

14/03/2026: A top-quality restaurant, in a setting that has successfully revitalized a splendid area hit by the 2016 earthquake. Excellent menu options, including the signature black truffle! Excellent quality meats, perfectly cooked. Good dessert options. Extensive wine list.

09/03/2026: My partner and I went to "Granaro del Monte" in Norcia to enjoy a Wonderbox—a gift voucher that included a tasting of local cured meats, which were simply exquisite. However, we wanted to complement this tasting with two courses and a side dish: a first course, a second course, and a portion of baked potatoes. For my first course, I chose tagliolini with black truffle, which were wonderful; my partner had a delicious meat-based second course. We thought the price of the tagliolini with truffle was a bit too expensive: €28.00 was more than the value of the tasting for two people (€24.90 for two glasses of wine and a platter of 4-5 types of local cured meats plus plain bread), and it was undoubtedly the most expensive first course I've ever eaten in my life! It was a unique experience, but I wouldn't order a black truffle first course in the future!

04/04/2026: It doesn't disappoint. Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms with wooden furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, even with their wine selection. The restaurant serves delicious and delicious dishes, and there's also a cheese and vegetable buffet. The spa is also very nice, with a pool, massage options, and a lovely area with a sauna, hydromassage, and Turkish bath. The shuttle service to the ski slopes is also convenient. Recommended.

05/04/2026: We had a seafood lunch on Easter Sunday with a lovely view of the lake. The staff was super friendly and attentive despite the crowd! The food and ingredients were top-quality! A place we'll definitely return to!

08/04/2026: I came back here again to enjoy the great food and atmosphere. We came at lunch time, where we waited a little longer for our food, but we must say that we all enjoyed ourselves. The fresh fish was amazing.....the homemade pasta tasted like grandma's and everything was just great. I will definitely come back here again when I pass by.

From the location... to the 90-km produce, carefully prepared and typical Umbrian dishes, to the excellent service and kindness of the staff. If I were the owner... I'd add €10 for a table with a panoramic view! 🫣 Overall, superlative rating!

02/04/2026: We stopped for lunch on our way to Orvieto. The menu changes daily and includes artisanal crescia; today it was gnocchi with ragù, grilled meat, and spinach. We also had gratinated vegetables. Everything was delicious, and the price was fair. Well done!

28/02/2026: I have been to Ristorante Stella a number of times over the last 4 years. The food is always excellent, the service is fantastic and the price is very reasonable. Last night I had the carcoifi fritti, ossobucco, panna cotta and a wonderful Raina white wine. I could not have asked for a better dinner. For the first time I also stayed in one of their rooms, which was above the restaurant. The bed was possibly one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with a fun/interesting design. I highly recommend both their rooms and the restaurant!

07/01/2026: The space is spacious and clean. Despite the fire, there's absolutely no smell, which isn't a given. The service is exceptionally polite and fast. The meat is excellent. The platters are delicious. We were able to enjoy lunch with my furry friends, and we weren't the only ones. Despite this, I repeat, everything is very clean. Thank you.
