17/01/2025: I spent a few days at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The location is perfect: quiet, but at the same time close to all the main tourist attractions. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cleanliness in every corner of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ready to respond to our every need with a smile. Breakfast, served in a bright and welcoming room, offered a wide choice of fresh and tasty dishes, both sweet and savory. The dinner was a sensorial journey that exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable: professional, discreet and never intrusive. Special thanks to Sergio. Another positive note was the quality of the services: the SPA was a real oasis of relaxation. The room was spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts to make the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a quality stay, without giving up comfort and excellent service. A special thanks to Mr. Antonello and all the staff. I will definitely be back!

10/01/2025: Semplicemente perfetto. Accoglienza, unicità del prodotto, servizio e poi.... il proprietario! Un signore gentilissimo. Eravamo solo noi, il locale è molto piccolo e terminata la cena abbiamo passato un'ora a chiacchierare. Era come fossimo a casa nostra! Un'atmosfera pazzesca. A presto e grazie per la bellissima serata!

26/12/2024: Noi pugliesi in viaggio in Umbria, alla ricerca di posti dove mangiare del buon tartufo ci siamo imbattuti in questo stupendo locale….che dire il proprietario gentilezza e dedizione per il suo lavoro da vendere e cibi a dir poco eccellenti…torneremo presto.

24/01/2025: In viaggio da Bologna verso Gubbio ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante nascosto tra viuzze sterrate. Locale ampio, dallo stile piacevole , ma soprattutto....la vera accoglienza e cucina di una volta! Il proprietario e tutto lo staff , disponibilissimo e alla mano. Si occupano dei clienti con quel calore e affabilità propri dei bravi padroni di casa,. Ti fanno sentire accolto e raccontano e consigliano con orgoglio i propri piatti e, al viaggiatore curioso, riservano anche qualche aneddoto sulla storia di famiglia ( del nonno, appunto detto Baffone). Inoltre, viaggiando con un bambino piccolo, ci hanno portato al tavolo libri, colori e matite per intrattenerlo in attesa del cibo... una delle paste al pomodoro più buone che abbia mai assaggiato nella mia vita! L'ha divorata! Piatto semplice? No.. materia di prima qualità! Anche le pietanze scelte da noi adulti, davvero buone. Carne strepitosa. Rapporto qualità prezzo straordinario e se si aggiunge anche la bella atmosfera.... non vale che la pena prenotare x tornarci!

05/01/2025: Semplice, classico e gustoso. Taglieri con salumi e formaggi tipici con brustengo e crescia. Bella scelta di vini. Minuscolo e carino all’interno, ma ampliato da un gazebo di plastica in piazza che è un pugno in un occhio a Gubbio.

30/01/2025: If I could give it a 100 I would. The chef cooks with passion and excellently, giving the dishes a modern twist with original and very successful combinations. Good assortment of wines, even by the glass. The dishes are well plated on large white plates and pleasing to the eye. We had excellent cold cuts, excellent and original first courses, super good second courses, and what can I say... good desserts. The equipment is directly on the tables which are decorated, you almost don't notice that you don't have a tablecloth, very nice. The service is attentive, courteous and unobtrusive. I chose well for my birthday...I was satisfied, and they were kind enough to bring me dessert with candles to blow out....thank you. We will see each other soon.

13/01/2025: We had dinner, everything was very good but it wasn't new to me, I had already been to them in Cascia. A special thank you from my son who has several food allergies and was finally able to eat something other than pasta with tomato sauce and a plate of ham! He was very satisfied. Already when booking the table I was asked if there was anyone allergic or intolerant and I guarantee you that it doesn't happen often! Congratulations to both the kitchen and the girls in the dining room, keep it up!!!

30/01/2025: Veramente eccezionale,la pasta è qualcosa di unico come quella di una volta....il menù è ampio e tutto di cucina Umbra il servizio è rapido e preciso lo chef spiega i piatti in sala..i vini anche essi umbri...vasta scelta.. anche l'acqua san pellegrino top ottimo qualità prezzo consigliato il menù degustazione se si vuole spendere meno...

The dishes are always new and truly unique, a real delight for the palate, if you are sad and go to work your happiness will come back!! Typical and traditional cuisine Each dish is better than the other from start to finish, never banal but always sensational!! For me the best place on Foligno

24/01/2025: Upon entering you immediately feel the right atmosphere, like a tavern. The food is excellent and the cuisine on offer changes every week, paying attention to the territory and raw materials. Pigeon is their trademark, it's how my grandmother made it. There is no lack of love for music, which made me nothing but happy. When I pass through Foligno I will definitely return to try the first courses.

03/02/2025: Once again I can only give a very positive review of the typical Cascia restaurant as well as all the staff and in particular the owner Alessia for her friendliness, availability and advice based on the countless requests, always top products at truly honest prices. Once again I couldn't do without the chimney sweep tagliatelle, in fact, to tell the truth, I came back precisely for those 🤣🤣🤣 in fact as soon as I entered I asked for those directly.... really excellent as was everything else. It feels like being at home, in a quiet, clean environment and with truly sunny and friendly staff! See you next year....well done 👍🏻💪🏻🥇

The attention to detail is unsurpassed and the feeling of being transported to another era in this renovated farmhouse remains in your heart (the renovation was done to perfection, maintaining and respecting historicity and tradition) Breakfast made surrounded by nature with the highest quality products. 02/01/2025: L Arna è il ristorante del Ripa Relais,oltre a cenare per la durata del soggiorno ,abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno che ,sotto gli occhi discreti ma vigili della proprietà è scivolato magnificamente verso la fatidica mezzanotte allietati da un duo musicale molto valido.Nessuna sbavatura ,tutto davvero perfetto dai piatti ottimi mai sapori aggressivi ma eleganti ed in alcuni casi raffinati.Scelta dei vini e bollicine ha soddisfatto ogni palato.I camerieri guidati dalla splendida Monica non hanno mai fatto mancare nulla sui tavoli.bravi.

Francesco the owner and all his staff are always careful to satisfy customer requests. All good, but that knife-cut ham was sublime.
