09/04/2026: I found a specific bottle of wine in this shop, but they gave me a vintage that had already gone bad. This is something a wine shop should know. They also charged me double the price. It's a shame, as they did have a nice collection.

30/07/2026: Kairos is located in the Todi hills, in a very relaxing setting with a well-maintained outdoor area, young and attentive staff, and friendly and capable owners. They have an interesting selection of wines (including by the glass). I'm not qualified to judge their cuisine, but I'll just say it was all very good. I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: We had an excellent dining experience at Lillotatini in Panicale. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The tagliatelle al ragù were absolutely delicious, and the Peposo beef was cooked to perfection and full of rich, authentic flavors. Highly recommended if you're visiting Panicale. We will definitely be back!

13/08/2026: The staff is young and very friendly. The service was fast and punctual. We ordered some platters and two tartares, which were truly delicious. Excellent wine selection. We had such a great time, we returned a second time three days later. Recommended if you're visiting Castiglione del Lago.

The spotlessly clean room, furnished with minimal yet tasteful furnishings, and breathtaking views, lived up to our expectations. The restaurant lived up to our expectations, with dishes expertly prepared in their simplicity and using locally sourced ingredients. Silvia, the perfect hostess, runs this inn with her husband and children, and is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast is tailor-made, with carefully prepared pastries and cakes and delicious jams, not to mention the wide selection of wines.

Highly recommended, especially for families with children—ours were super happy! We'll definitely be back.

02/08/2026: We had lunch at this delightful restaurant, Be Happy, and what can I say... the name is a promise kept😄 There are so many ways to make someone happy, and simply exquisite cuisine, in a welcoming atmosphere, with smiling and extremely kind staff, is definitely one of them. We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned for dinner that same evening. Amazing!
