17/05/2025: Exceptional restaurant, exceptional food, exceptional staff!! Not only were all the dishes (crostini with lard and truffle, tagliolini with truffle and guinea fowl in a crust with potatoes) of high quality and cooked in an excellent way, but also the care, kindness and professionalism of all the staff (who do this job with passion and ability and it shows!!) were appreciated. Excellent idea to promote local products such as oil, allowing customers to taste the different types with a detailed and complete explanation by Luca (kind and knowledgeable) attached. Highly recommended!!

17/05/2025: It's the first time I've come to this restaurant and I have to say I was happily impressed! A truly beautiful, intimate and comfortable family-run restaurant. The people who work there are truly friendly, always smiling and ready to satisfy every request as much as possible. My partner and I left and drove 50 minutes to come and it was truly worth it. I HIGHLY recommend it!

The service was impeccable, in particular thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the waitress Bianca, attentive and available throughout the evening. Special praise to chef Rodolfo, who was able to express great mastery in the preparation of refined and flavorful dishes. Highly recommended.

12/05/2025: Kitchen was closed but we still had a great cold platter. Our host kept the food coming and picked our wine too. Charming.

03/05/2025: Tappa obbligatoria,veniamo spesso ad Assisi perché ci piace la pace che si respira in questo luogo. Al di là dell' essere o meno credenti. Da Bibenda risolviamo sempre un pranzetto o aperitivo cena con affettati torta al testo,bruschette con olio superlativo. Vini altrettanto superlativi,una vera esperienza.

29/04/2025: Conosciamo Nila ormai da 6 anni e da 6 anni quasi tutti gli anni veniamo qui per fare aperitivo lungo. Nila oltre che essere ormai una amica è anche una esperta Sommelier e vi saprà consigliare i più buoni vini di Assisi e della Regione Umbria. Merita veramente ❤️. A presto!

10/05/2025: We had lunch today. As an appetizer we took the truffle tartare cut with a knife. Light dressing, with top quality oil, and abundant truffle. Then first my husband had the truffle tagliolini and I the truffle gnocchi, both full of flavor and light. Then for dessert I had the cream ice cream with chopped hazelnuts and salt with truffles, a refinement. In general, pleasant atmosphere, the owner serves at the table and talks enthusiastically about his business. He has been in the industry for years and is a true expert on the subject. Fast service. Excellent cleanliness and decor. Very recommended.

30/05/2025: Very nice restaurant in a typical old house. The host is great , and although the food is claimed to have farmer origin inspiration, it is quite gourmet, and not rustic as we expected. Check if this is was you were looking for... Quite pricey but quality probably adequate.

04/05/2025: We had dinner at the Locanda Giustini restaurant, a place with modern and very well-kept furnishings. From the cured meat starter to the main courses with particular flavours, presented with extreme care, to the tiramisu everything was excellent. Compliments to the Chef. Very friendly welcome and impeccable service......a pleasant evening.

18/05/2025: Small inn near Piazza Grande (famous for Don Matteo). We were welcomed with an entree of crescia with oil and truffle. Wine offered by the host and homemade food of excellent quality! The staff was available to explain the dishes and give us anecdotes about what to see in the surrounding area.

24/05/2025: Hidden under Cinema Zenith, inside the S. Girolamo housing complex, there is the Nadir restaurant. It is a place made to pamper yourself with food and good company because at first glance it seems small and, thanks to the minimalist furnishings, it gives an intimate dimension to your dinner. The welcome is warm and the availability of the staff is complete. The menu focuses on a few well-prepared dishes with exceptional raw materials. The details of the plating were also very interesting, but I, being a ferocious beast, could hardly resist satisfying the sight. On the other hand, the palate thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening. I promised myself not to eat the bread, but intrigued (or probably enticed) by the news that it was produced by them, I almost emptied the tray. The wine selection is well curated but minimalist. All these factors combine to make a happy evening. The place is entirely on the ground floor, so it is easily accessible even for disabled people. Unfortunately there is no adjacent parking. The bill turns out to be more than adequate for the quality of the dinner, and I highly recommend you visit Nadir.

22/05/2025: Awesome! This was my best meal of the year. And the waiter is so cool! The ambiance is just perfect here, I highly recommend it! From now on, I'll send everyone who goes to Perugia here 😁
