Absolutely rustic mountain hut in a unique location and damn good food. After the most beautiful alpine winter hike, the stove in the restaurant is perfect for warming up.

Great location. With a great view of the Passeier Valley. Regional cuisine. Everything homemade, fresh and delicious. The staff always tries hard and is extremely nice. The hut owner in particular is keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would love to come back!

Rustic and cozy hut, with a very committed and kind host. We spent 4 days skiing in the hut with 7 of us in a 10-person room. The room was very cozy and clean thanks to the lots of wood and the red and white checked bed linen. The shared bathroom in the hallway for the floor was clean and we used it alone during the time we were there. The breakfast was good and was even bettered by Roland's freshly prepared dinner. The living room invites you to sit together and play. Taking the snowmobile to the slopes is something you probably won't get anywhere else and was a bit of an adventure :). We had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Lecker essen gute Sicht ins Tal

Schöne Hütte in toller Lage. Perfekt geeignet um bei der Fahrt über den jaufenpass eine Pause einzulegen. Vom Parkplatz an der römerkehre in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde und richtig tolles Essen. Der Wirt hat alles frisch zubereitet und es war alles sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Und wenn wir wieder in Südtirol sind, auf jeden Fall ein Anlaufpunkt.

Eigentlich schade, dass die beiden Herren im Service trotz geringem Zulauf etwas mürrisch waren. Das wurde erst besser, als zwei weitere zur Unterstützung kamen. Vorher wurde eine Familie am nachbartisch eine geschlagene halbe Stunde übersehen. Da Knödel aus waren und wir nochmals überlegen mussten, war auch bei uns erst mal Bedienpause. Die Gerichte waren standesgemäß einfach. Der weg von der Edelweißhütte herüber und der Blick entschädigen für so Manches.
