22/12/2025: A classic guesthouse, superbly located for skiing, a short walk to the slopes and then a short run to the Boe gondola – perfect. Great, generous breakfast buffet; unfortunately, the coffee is from a machine, but tea is available. The rooms are simple but renovated. All in all, highly recommended.
13/12/2025: Extremely clean, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Dinner was excellent. Very close to the Colalto ski lift.

14/03/2026: Ridiculous, between one steamy jet and the next, they offer you ice cream... but they should know better...
Congestion Risk: The sudden temperature change in your stomach can block digestion or cause abdominal cramps.
Thermoregulation: The intense cold sends a signal to your brain to "turn up the heat," which could make you start sweating again shortly after you're done.
Glycemic Spike: Ice cream is high in fat and sugar, which requires a digestive process that your body, busy recovering its blood pressure, would prefer to avoid.
07/03/2026: The family rate offers a lot: indoor and outdoor pools, a children's playground, slides, diving boards, whirlpools, a snack bar, etc. We always enjoy coming back to Brixen.

Outside on the actual terrace, it was miserable in winter, even though the stove was blazing; the thin plastic tarp didn't really retain the heat. The service is very selective: Italians get a complimentary digestif, but a German doesn't, even with a tip. Not ideal.

19/10/2025: The hotel is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint. Very fresh, clean, and in a modern yet elegant style.
The staff was extremely kind and friendly.
The room was spacious and clean.
The spa is very welcoming. However, there is only one open-plan relaxation area. The sun loungers and hot tub on the terrace are excellent.
The pool is very charming.
A small comment regarding breakfast: there aren't many options for those with dairy allergies or vegans.
19/10/2025: Stay from October 17 to 19, 2025: splendid room in size, finishes, and cleanliness. Half-board service with excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff. Top-floor pool with retractable roof and views of the Castelrotto bell tower, saunas, and relaxation rooms. Superlative hotel.

19/02/2026: Everything there is simply delicious. The vitello tonnato is superb, the pasta is very good, and the pizza has a fantastic (thick) crust that I really love. Try a variety of dishes. The service is also top-notch. If it's busy, please be patient; the staff only have two hands. It's well worth it. And please try the crème brûlée—it's heavenly!
15/02/2026: We went there two evenings in a row and both thought it was absolutely delicious!
We'd love to come back again!

27/12/2025: Delicious Thai food. Not too greasy. A wide selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Very friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Reasonably priced. We'll gladly come again. I had a delicious Thai coconut curry soup with shrimp and Thai rice with curry coconut sauce, fried shrimp, and vegetables. For dessert, I had good coconut ice cream.

14/01/2026: This was our second stay at the tower hotel. Each time we booked the gourmet package. I can only say it was fantastic. It started with the warm welcome at reception. Our request for extra pillows was fulfilled faster than we could blink. The spa area is magnificent, built into the rock on several levels. The food and service were outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Non avevamo prenotato e in 5 minuti, nonostante la confusione di persone che aspettava, ci hanno fatto accomodare. Il personale è molto cordiale e professionale. È tutto veramente molto buono, anzi ottimo!! Non perdetevi lo stinco, gli spatzle e uova/patate/speck: favolosi!! I piatti sono molto generosi!! Consigliatissimo!!

29/11/2025: We stopped at this pizzeria on the way. It's a simple but clean place, and the pizza was truly excellent.
I had a Margherita, which was perfect in every way: cooked, dough, and mozzarella.
Then I had a Romana, which was even better.
The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was informal.
Possibly the best pizza in Bolzano.

02/02/2026: I returned to the spa as an external guest, and as always, I was greeted with incredible kindness and pampered with attention and service. The aufguss ritual, new this year, offers a cleansing experience for body and mind. The talented women who perform it dance to the special music they choose, with a uniqueness that engages and moves. I recommend it to everyone, a must-try for a special moment!
01/02/2026: I have never encountered such level of hospitality so far ! All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! The Boss himself was very attentive and their dog 🐕 was an even better presence 🫶🏻! Attention to details, very well located steps away from the cable car ! I highly recommend this place! Perfect 👌🏻
