01/09/2025: I've eaten at this restaurant twice (in two consecutive years). The menu features elaborate dishes, but nothing particularly noteworthy, to my taste. On the surface (I'm a teetotaler), the wine cellar appears to be very well stocked with fine wines; on the other hand, the name of the establishment speaks for itself. The refined atmosphere and the classy service ensure a pleasant evening for diners.

02/08/2025: Gnocchi di formaggio alla ladina veramente buoni! Tagliere di formaggi così così. Molto buono il dolce lamponi caldi e gelato alla crema. La cortesia del personale così così.. Fuori dalla baita abbiamo incontrato un bel po' di mucche, e nei recinti le caprette e i conigli!

23/08/2025: Over the past few weeks, I've made reservations at Grissino a couple of times, always with a group of friends, for a total of nine people. The first time we ordered pizza: the reviews were mixed (some said it was too salty), but overall it was good, even if it wasn't anything special, especially considering the price. It's a shame that the drinks arrived too soon after the pizza, meaning the beers were decidedly warm during dinner. The desserts were good but a bit pricey. The second time, they sat us down, brought us the bottles of water we'd ordered (the sparkling, room-temperature kind), and shortly afterward, we were told there would be an hour's wait for the pizzas. As I walked across the restaurant to use the bathroom, I noticed that most people were already eating, so the wait seemed incredibly long. When I returned to my table, they informed me that the wait for the pizzas was due to a group of young people (about 15-20) who had ordered pizza. A restaurant with over 100 seats has a kitchen that overflows with 20 pizzas? Having abandoned the idea of ​​pizza, we chose from the menu. The curry rice arrived almost immediately, while the other dishes arrived much later, when our companion was practically finished eating. When we reordered water, we specifically asked for it to be chilled: the still water was fine, the sparkling water was again at room temperature. In short, the restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, but it seems all show: the feeling is of poorly organized, careless management. The lighting at the outdoor tables is dim, there was no air conditioning inside, and the stairs to the bathroom are unsuitable for people with disabilities.

21/08/2025: Wow! So much choice! I've eaten here several times and always chose something different. Everything was delicious! It's also nice that it has an open kitchen. The staff is also very friendly! And you get your food very quickly.

24/07/2025: I visited the winery in July 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. The 1.5-hour tour was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The subsequent 1-hour tasting included eight wines and provided a nice overview of the winery's wide range of wines. I particularly liked the Sauvignon Blanc and the blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir. The Sauvignon Blanc offers very good value for money, but the blend is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

17/07/2025: ATTENTION: THE RESTAURANT HAS MOVED For all those who miss the excellent food and warm hospitality of this establishment – good news! The restaurant has moved and is now called: Vincenzo Degasperi – Restaurant · Enotheque · Hotel zur Post. At the new location, the cooking continues to be done with passion – and the atmosphere is at least as charming as before. A visit is definitely worth it!

13/07/2025: The food was delicious 😋. There are also dishes that the kids enjoy, and even people with different tastes can find something they like 👍🏻. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. The service is attentive and friendly.

04/05/2025: The restaurant is located within the Sigmundskron Castle / Messer Mountain museum complex, ideal for lunch after visiting the museum. Friendly service and reasonable prices for the location. The mixed platter with cured meats and cheeses was tasty and filling.

17/08/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Bolzano. Despite its touristy vocation, the food is good. The service is also friendly. Prices are moderate, and there's a selection of both South Tyrolean and Italian dishes. Seating is available both inside and outside.

08/08/2025: On the one hand, the service seemed very stressed, even though there were only a few seats occupied (they asked if they could clear the table while we were still eating), and on the other hand, there were a lot of hairs in the food (bruschetta). We ate it anyway and were even offered a free coffee afterward, but that shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this category (in terms of its own standards and appeal) when the kitchen is working properly.

13/09/2025: When we go to Brunico for shopping, on days when we're not hiking, we always go to Bernardi for lunch. Weather permitting, we prefer to eat on the terrace overlooking the canal. It's very pleasant to drink a good wine and eat in the shade of the trees that shade the terrace, accompanied by the murmur of the water.

09/09/2025: The food was nothing special, but the wine was good. We order the beef tartare and extra bread. But the bread was cheap and kinda ruined the tartare. The service was so so. The vibe was weird.

06/03/2025: Locale molto bello e suggestivo situato poco dopo la fermata dei bus e del parcheggio pubblico. Meta di grande affluenza di turisti. Possibilità di mangiare piatti locali e bere bevande gustose. Prezzi molto alti e porzioni limitate. Ottimo Panorama!

24/02/2025: Dopo la bella escursione al Monte Specie, ci siamo fermati qui per il pranzo. Il locale è molto frequentato e il personale lavora ad un ritmo frenetico. I piatti, gustosi, sono abbondanti. Mentre si mangia, se il tavolo è all'esterno, si gode del bel panorama.

05/08/2025: We booked a one-night stay with breakfast as a stopover and were very satisfied. The room (economy double room) was very clean, modernly furnished, and in a beautiful location with a view of the garden. The natural pool and the adjacent sunbathing lawn were wonderful, well-maintained, and inviting to linger. The breakfast, with a large selection of cereals and grains, fresh bread and rolls, super-fresh fruit, lots of homemade products, and excellent scrambled eggs, was the perfect start to the day.

28/07/2025: The 1908 is a wonderful restaurant. Chef Stephan Zippl creates menus of the highest quality using the highest quality regional produce. There are also excellent alternatives to the tripe. The excellent wine pairing, which perfectly complements the menu, is a must. The visit is rounded off by impeccable service. Chapeau!!!

01/09/2025: After a nice walk on a slight uphill slope (except for the first 100 meters) we reach this typical local mountain hut. We were welcomed with a big smile by the girl working at the tables. We had a very good lunch and we feel like recommending this place.
