Pizzeria St. Jakob In Laives

06/08/2026: We spontaneously decided to go to Bolzano and have lunch here. The food and service were okay, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right. We ate just as well in mountain huts over 1800 meters, and it was even cheaper, despite the altitude and logistics. However, the service was friendly and the location was fine.

30/07/2026: We stopped for a spontaneous lunch without a reservation. It was a warm but stormy day, so we headed to Bolzano instead of the mountains. Apparently, others had changed their plans too, because the place was quite busy! And there was only one waiter, so it took a little while. BUT! The waiter was still exceptionally attentive and his calm and friendly manner made up for everything. Kudos to him! The food was consistently good, and the coffee was great too. We'll definitely be back!
