Great ambience and service, truly lovely staff. The food was honestly very underwhelming. It was mostly nicely plated dishes but bland. We had a raw dish appetizer with an herb sauce, it was fine, fish was fresh but needed some salt and acid. The pasta in brodo was the star, actually no complaints there. The special of the day was a red snapper with a butter clam sauce and it was quite terrible. Fish was not cooked well, felt like it was out waiting to be taken to the table for too long. The clam butter sauce curdled and didn’t even taste clams. An expensive restaurant that delivers on ambience and service but you would likely have a better meal from a to-go pizza store.

It was an exceptional experience and we were very much delighted having been your guests. The first class, in every aspect, experience started already upon arrival when we asked if we could our car where it was. All the staff was super friendly, sympathetic and comforting. But of course we came for the food, and the greatness had ended here. We went for the Breva tasting menu and it was absolutely delightful. Each course was presented, prepared and explained in the best possible way, accompanied by a super friendly Sommelier. From A to Z it was an outstanding experience and we surely return as guests as soon as possible.

We had dinner at Albòri during our honeymoon and second visit to Italy. It was the best overall dinner experience we’ve ever had in Italy after stays in Florence, Rome, Milan, and the Como area. The food was excellent, particularly the risotto and lasagna specials, as well as the service. Luca, our sommelier, made the experience especially memorable. He picked an excellent bottle of wine for us, taught us about lesser-known Italian wines, and went above and beyond the whole dinner. We loved everything about Albòri and will definitely be back.

The place and service is great. Do not order the gnocchi, it’s a very very small plate and it doesn’t taste good - very bitter and saltless.

The team, including Reception, Manager and Luca the Sommelier were knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent ambiance for a romantic evening.

A perfect farewell to Lake Como! We enjoyed a lovely aperitivo outside, and enjoyed the view from atop the hill. We were then ushered into the dining room and seated by the window to watch the sunset. The amuse bouche and bread service weee almost too generous but we saved room for a deconstructed beef tartare and white truffle tagliolini 💕 The meal was finished off with a Paris brest pastry filled with sweet cream accented by Lagavulin 16 infused chocolate namelaka. The staff were so gracious and the chef came out to thank us for dining with them! A night to remember - we will be back!

Perfect place: reception, waitress, maître d'... We ordered lasagna bolognese, spaghetti pomodoro, and caprese salad. Yes, we ordered 3 dishes for two people, but the portions are perfect for sharing. Enough to leave you quite satisfied and still have room for dessert. We went for lunch and were very happy.
