Nice and typical environment of the area, much appreciated. The food is truly sublime, nothing to fault the kitchen, it was all served to us together and quickly. Courteous and kind staff. Restaurant recommended for all those who want to try something different, especially for the wonderful view of the Siena Cathedral and the strategic proximity to the Cateriniana Basilica of San Domenico.

We stopped here for lunch on a hot day. The view was incredible and worth the short walk away from the crowds. The pizza was fantastic and our waiter was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick lunch or pit stop in the heat.

The tile of my review says it all. I find the view from this pizzeria really gorgeous, a spot you may not know about if you don’t know Siena very well. Prices are much better than in Piazza del Campo and the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant whilst serving us :-) Highly recommend!

Vue exceptionnelle, tout le charme réside là dedans. Les pizzas sont bonnes sans être incroyables, on peut trouver mieux niveau cuisine à Sienne. Mais restaurant sympathique avec un service agréable et de bons vins.

Ottimo cibo e cordialità. Pici (fatti a mano) buonissimi, la tagliata tenera e succulenta. Tutto il personale disponibile e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati, grazie.

28/01/2024: In occasione di una visita a Siena, abbiamo fatto colazioni da Nannini con tutta la famiglia. Peccato i pochi tavoli a disposizione per sedersi ma i cornetti davvero deliziosi e con farcitura ricca. Ai nostri bimbi sono piaciuti molto.
30/10/2023: Durante un fine settimana trascorso a Siena ci sono stato più volte per assaggiare le delizie di questa storica pasticceria. Ricciarelli, panforte, pan pepato, cantucci, pan coi santi......uno più buono dell'altro!! Tappa obbligatoria se si è in visita a Siena.

La Bottega di Stigliano

22/10/2023: Leuk lokaal restaurant, enigszins afgelegen. Schappelijke prijzen, zeker voor een goede fles lokale wijn. Eten wel aan de zoute kant (daarom een ster minder, anders was het 5 sterren). Geen pizza hier.
18/10/2023: Enjoyed a perfectly acceptable lunch of Bruschetta and Pici pasta with beef ragu. Service was very good, food was basic, but good. And the house red, a liter for 6.00EU was an astounding value. For a good, authentic experience, I recommend Bottega di Stigliano.
