15/03/2026: Fantastic pizza, truly excellent. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. We went there late after our flight arrived in Pisa and were not disappointed. Prices are slightly higher than other pizzerias, but the excellent quality of the pizzas justifies it. If we're ever in Pisa again, we'll definitely go there again.

25/01/2026: A truly beautiful place. The exterior is welcoming and well-kept, with ample parking. The interior is the same, welcoming and well-kept (no parking), and has a lovely fireplace lit in the winter. Excellent food, both the pizza and the restaurant dishes. Usually, those who offer pizza and a restaurant do both poorly, but in this case, I was definitely wrong. They don't allow dogs, so don't come in saying "it's good, it got everywhere," etc. It's a rule. I know it's difficult for many to follow, but in this case, there are no exceptions, and threatening to leave negative reviews just makes you look like a moron. If you want to spend a nice, fun evening in a nice place, I recommend it.

28/02/2026: I loved everything about this place, but the burger was the best. My boyfriend and I ordered two different burgers to share, and they were both amazing. Among the best I've ever had, thanks to the choice of bun, the perfect cooking of the meat, and the combination of ingredients. Kudos for the pulled pork, and kudos to the young, competent staff. It's worth it!

This German-style venue stands out for its quality ingredients, expertly crafted pizza, and the friendly staff who always rush from table to table with a smile. I recommend the truly exquisite platter and the beers, all exceptional. The waitresses, dressed in Bavarian-style attire, are very nice!

02/02/2026: Forget about the pizzas you recognize by category—Neapolitan, Roman, pan-baked, etc.—this is a pizza that's not only delicious and healthy, the fruit of a labor of love and art, but above all unique, unlike any other. Large, with a soft base, fairly high, leavened (for days: rest assured, you won't be thirsty or have an upset stomach at night!), with a choice of doughs (usually served as focaccia slices) in delicious and creative combinations, and you can ask for advice on how to best pair them with your favorite toppings, but none are made with 00-based flour. The toppings, then, reflect the passion, creativity (the menu is truly extensive, yet Monica and Alessandro are constantly experimenting and adding or modifying new, increasingly refined and balanced combinations), and the deliciousness you also find in the kitchen, in the dishes, and in the desserts. In a familiar and informal atmosphere, easy to reach from anywhere (with easy parking and without having to enter complicated city centers: it's no coincidence that I see a clientele ranging from Livorno to Florence, from Pisa to the entire province), very welcoming thanks to the kindness of the owners, with an unbeatable quantity + quality / price ratio, you can enjoy a combination of excellent pizza, or sublime cuisine, and homemade desserts, in rare quantities, of high-end patisserie quality and for all tastes: from those who appreciate spoon desserts to those aficionados of shortcrust pastry, from the traditional to the experimental, with respect for those intolerant to gluten and lactose but without this frankly forcing you to settle or making it seem like you're eating a dessert lacking something. It's best not to show up with absurd expectations of wanting to outdo someone who's so passionately studying how to make you feel good. Modifications to pizzas are fine, and sometimes you might have specific issues with certain ingredients or special requests. However, I see so many people going to a pizzeria with the attitude of a chef or someone who demands that the staff cater to their whims. It's a shame. And a waste.

01/03/2026: This ice cream shop is famous for a reason. They make their gelato with organic ingredients, and you can really taste the quality. I love that they have good dairy-free choices, too. Grab a cone and enjoy a nice walk by the river.

15/09/2025: The best sandwich with finocchiona, pesto, and cherry tomatoes for lunch between classes. It's super cheap and affordable for out-of-towners. The tart is also great.

01/03/2026: An extraordinary place, a wonderful experience. It's not a restaurant, but a place of nonsense. Although it's truly the most trashy you'll find, you can clearly see the work behind it, carefully considered by the owner, who, despite his playfulness, never overdoes it and manages his time perfectly. A truly exceptional experience. Recommended.

28/01/2026: I completely fail to understand the rave reviews for this place. A country famous for its pizza offers tough, greasy dough. It was barely cuttable, and you could break your teeth. The enormous amount of cheese overpowered the flavor of the other ingredients, which were already plentiful. I ordered a pizza with salsiccio, of which there were maybe five slices. My friend ordered a pizza with straciatella, which she didn't even get. The worst pizza we've ever eaten. The only positives were the friendly owner and waiter, and the service was actually decent. Unfortunately, overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

07/03/2026: Gorgeous meal in Pisa at this lovely little place. We had the “mini pie” and the tagliatelle with pumpkin and mushroom, followed by the stuffed pumpkin flowers and the slow cooked beef. Just wonderful. The square was buzzing and joyful, and the service charming and passionate about the food and delicious wine. Much recommended and great value. Exactly what you want from eating in Italy. Simple, well made and delicious food from great ingredients.
