03/05/2025: What can I say... when you enter they welcome you (in the true sense of the word) like you welcome a person you love even if you see them for the first time and then they PROUDLY offer you their cutting boards because they are created with 0 km products. What more can I say, go there and come back like I will!!!!!

20/05/2025: Cute little shop on your way to the Torre from the train station, selling fresh bread, focaccia, pizzette and a good selection of sweets. I liked the canestrini and the chocolate salami. The owner is a warm & friendly man.

18/02/2025: As a now almost regular customer, I can only feel very satisfied. The owner is very friendly and always available. In particular, I would recommend the simple Schiacciata and the round pizzas (the dough didn't seem too heavy), while on the dessert front I tasted some biscuits and sweet pieces that I liked. Especially recommended for takeaway, given the little space inside the oven.

12/05/2025: The fresh sandwiches and salads were so delicious. The staff are also friendly. The bathroom is also clean. I was able to enjoy it comfortably. I will definitely come back when I come to Volterra 😍

08/07/2025: We were on our way to another restaurant, but we ran out of petrol and all the petrol stations were closed. We ended up at this restaurant. This was a blessing in disguise. The pizza was fantastic, and the men were very happy because you could also order a litre of beer haha. The atmosphere was less, but the food was great.

The village in which the restaurant is located is beautiful and characteristic; the garden and the internal rooms are delightfully enhanced in full Tuscan style, without excessive frills. I really appreciated the service, present and professional, but never intrusive or affected. Superlative food. Finally, the sponge hand towels were the icing on the cake. However, the treat that made me fall in love with this restaurant forever were the silver cutlery. Thanks to all the staff. We will definitely be back.

28/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time last Saturday and I was really impressed. The staff is very kind and attentive, with a sincere care for the well-being of the customer. Although there was a small delay in waiting, they apologized by offering us cecina, a truly appreciated gesture that demonstrates professionalism and attention. The pizzas were excellent, with a well-worked dough, light and generously filled with quality ingredients. Every bite was a pleasure! A welcoming environment, managed with passion. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it.

21/04/2025: Excellent pizzeria in the northern area of ​​Pisa. The pizzas are cooked in a wood oven and the dough is delicious and very digestible. Also not to be forgotten is the size of the pizza which generously overflows the plate. The environment is very informal and the service is prompt and very kind... All at unbeatable prices!

The risotto with arugula pesto is highly recommended, although it might seem a bit underwhelming compared to the Florentine steak, but it's definitely worth trying. The parmesan semifreddo with truffle honey is excellent.
