28/09/2025: We came here on the first day of our holiday which was so lucky as it meant we could return. The bread you’re given on arrival is out of this world. We had an amazing time, everyone felt comfortable and there were plenty of options for everyone. Our favourites were the gnocchi with courgette and scampi, and the Sea Bass. Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped make our visits so memorable. We will return again one day 🥰

02/01/2026: Everything was good. Great for a business lunch, with a varied menu and very low prices for the excellent quality of the food.
24/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and for the price, it was good.
The prices are reasonable, so the quality and quantity are also reasonable.
The only downside is that the restaurant is located in a dangerous area. Upon leaving, we found our car with a broken window and two backpacks stolen.
Unfortunately, it's not the restaurant's fault, but I have to advise against going there due to the dangers of the area.

01/02/2026: What can I say... No comment would do justice to this wonderful (almost timeless) place.
If you want a fabulous Tuscan appetizer and an exquisite Florentine steak with an incredible wine list, this is the only place I would recommend.

19/10/2025: We would normally have given 5 stars, but this time only 3.
The pools were all closed, even when it was 25°C and sunny, which can happen if the property deems it appropriate (they are normally open from May 1 to October 1).
One point less for this decision, which went against what we were told when booking, and for the disappointment of the children; another for the refusal to provide a sun lounger to an 85-year-old guest.
The staff remains friendly and competent, but obviously bound by management's decisions.
We hope the property will invest a little more in maintenance of the property and in attention to guests next season.
19/10/2025: When vacationing in Tuscany, you have to think carefully about the right location to keep the distances somewhat under control. This was perfect for us; the complex is very well-maintained and beautifully designed. There are many vacation apartments and a few rooms, like a village in its own right.

14/03/2026: We went here for a couples lunch. Despite the charming location, we weren't very impressed. The exterior of the building was very neglected (being a period villa, a little maintenance would have been nice).
We weren't very satisfied with the lunch:
- The taglierini was really cheap for the price,
- the tomino cheese was flavorless,
- the pasta was definitely too al dente.
The only truly positive note was the service.
09/03/2026: I was there on Saturday, the staff was rude, the food tasteless, I wouldn't recommend it.

14/03/2026: Top - Edit review: Excellent value for money, excellent. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, top-quality food. Generous portions. I often send friends and acquaintances there, and they're all more than satisfied! Truly excellent.
08/03/2026: As for the atmosphere, it wouldn't be bad, except for the bathroom with two steps, which are a bit dangerous for an elderly person.
That said, I don't recommend this place because the value for money is 0 stars!!
Not to mention the desserts—any dessert, just cream inside!! And then it's really overpriced... 3 coffees for €7.50!! Where do they even think they're at?
The coffee also leaves a lot to be desired!!

A must-try when I work in the area.
08/02/2026: Bar in the industrial area.
Excellent for business lunches.
We left work and immediately found a free table. We quickly ordered and ate a hot dish. For those who don't want to sit down, they prepare takeout food. There are many pre-made sandwiches and paninis at the counter. A good variety of desserts. Highly recommended.
NB: Closed on weekends, although they are available for private parties by reservation.

The hosts were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast was amazing.
04/10/2025: It was a very nice stay. Our little dog ran around with the other dogs, alongside goats, a cat, and a peacock. The apartment was nicely furnished. The surroundings were beautiful, with a magnificent view. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stop by again.

We stopped here before arriving in Volterra.
Breakfast included coffee (good), cappuccino (decent), croissant, and crostata.
Simple but clean atmosphere.
Ample and convenient parking.
Prices were reasonable.

19/01/2026: We had lunch here after a walk in Marina di Cecina, recommended by the bartender at the bar where we had a small aperitif, Irene, we arrived at this truly beautiful place, an oasis of peace. The place presents itself very well both outside and inside, well-kept and clean. The staff is fantastic, young people who are fast and above all smiling and friendly. The food is truly excellent. We will definitely come back here to eat when we come back to take a trip around these parts. Absolutely recommended, try it and believe it! And thanks to Irene who recommended this place to us, a real gem.
