02/06/2026: We arrived at this pizzeria late on a holiday. They greeted us very kindly and made us a pizza.
We also ordered a slice of Cecina.
Needless to say, it was a sweet surprise; the pizza and Cecina were fabulous. I'll definitely be back!
12/05/2026: After a long journey and extreme ferry delays, this was our salvation. The service was so friendly and attentive, and the pizza was made with love and tasted absolutely fabulous. Good prices. Thank you so much! 🌸

Pizzas & cool beer were great, great music, spotlessly clean bathroom. So so reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.

25/04/2026: We went to this place for an aperitivo. The spritz was nothing special. It was supposed to be accompanied by a Margherita pizza. We ordered two, but they brought a regular pizza, which contained a clove of garlic that we honestly didn't expect to find... presumably they used the sauce they had ready to serve on some pasta dishes... Not only did we pay €12 for the Margherita pizza, it was literally a rip-off! I have to say I'm disappointed because I'd read some great reviews. We're tourists, but taking advantage of it like this... Not recommended!
10/04/2026: A fantastic place, combining traditional Italian meals with modern twist. Kids loved their delicious pasta and black burgers, juicy and generous, and we enjoyed rabbit and melanzana. The deserts were well balanced, not overly sweet and succulent. But the main reason we came back to Modus the very next day is their bread. Brown bread that comes as a part of the welcome basket is just out of this world! They make it in-house, so unfortunately not for sale, so make sure to enjoy it when there.
Lovely friendly staff - service with a genuine smile. We were very well looked after, advised on the meals and welcomed back like old friends. Highly recommend!

Cons: They're very expensive, Margherita pizza is €16, Pisana €18, and then it goes up! I didn't like the pizza at all, it seemed fried, hard, and the flavor was so-so... even if it had cost €6, I wouldn't recommend it. Another negative is the atmosphere, you're in a parking lot... It's a shame, I expected better 😊

23/07/2026: We love Fritti! It is definitely one of our go-to dinner spots for birthdays or when family is visiting.
The pizzas taste just like in Northern Italy and the Aperol Spritzes are to die for.
The atmosphere is casual but upscale at the same time.
We usually try to find street parking somewhere nearby but there is also a paid parking garage down the street.

07/06/2026: Wonderful experience. I can only speak highly of it. Warm and generous welcome, excellent and plentiful breakfast, huge pool, and clean, spacious rooms.
The view, what can I say? It makes you want to paint it.
02/06/2026: A charming place to stay, the lady was available for everything... surrounded by nature on this hot weekend, we slept cool in the night air... heavenly.
With a pool that revitalized us at the end of the day, we'll definitely return for a relaxing weekend, thank you so much.

08/07/2026: We always get our takeaway pizza from here. My absolute favourite is salsiccia. Thin, crispy base and juicy, juicy sausage. I could eat two, one after the other! After 5 years, Pablo’s never disappoints.
