13/07/2025: Friendliness, warmth, and good food coexist here. Excellent balance between quality and price, a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, and mouth-watering dishes! We ordered a mix of cured meats, pappardelle with wild boar, tagliatelle with hare, and a rosticciana with sausage. I swear, I have nothing to say except that everything was excellent! If you're in the area or just passing through Riparbella, you can't miss this place. We'll be back!

04/03/2025: Eravamo ospiti con la mezza pensione. Tutto favoloso: pappardelle al cinghiale , tagliata , bresaola e burrata, ma anche piatti con pesce: trancio di tonno, polpo, pasta con spada. Buonissima anche la colazione dolce/ salata a buffet alla mattina. Si vede l'amore per la cucina

27/01/2025: Despite the numerous negative reviews (from some time ago), we still decide to stay in this facility. Fairly sized room, "old style" furnishings in keeping with the structure and external environment, shame about the French window on the balcony shared with another room (impossible to keep the window open if other guests are present). Attentive and friendly staff, excellent restaurant solution for guests of the structure with excellent quality food, such as that for the buffet breakfast. Tidy garden and clean swimming pool, the structure has probably changed management since the time of the negative reviews. Ample parking. Advised!

05/07/2025: Warning: dubious business practices. The small glasses of liquor that were seemingly offered at the end of the meal, were unexpectedly charged on the bill (5 euros apiece).

Excellent dishes and freshly made main courses, including the most classic cutlets dipped in egg, breaded, and fried to perfection. For a meal without a doubt in an area that's not exactly busy, but if you happen to be here and it's lunchtime, you'll hit the jackpot.

13/07/2025: I ate both the pizza which was good, delicious dough, fine and cooked very well, resulting in a lovely crispy result, abundant pizza, I will return soon to try the seafood menu which looked very appetizing, looking at the eyes of the diners who were enjoying both the spaghetti and the fried food.

11/07/2025: Alas, disappointment. A very nice place, outdoor terrace, excellent platter. I chose the Neapolitan pizza, good dough, perfectly cooked, ...but...anchovies NOT AVAILABLE. The main ingredient in Neapolitan pizza, along with capers, was present in traces, like a mush. In fact, I even suspected it was anchovy paste because there were absolutely no anchovy pieces. So much so, I complained to the staff on principle. You want to offer a certain product, you have a nice, well-kept place, but don't lose yourself by making a poor impression on these things. They skimped on the product, and the pizza on the menu wasn't exactly a bargain compared to the average, in fact it was actually quite expensive... The pizza was very small... paradoxical, I'd say. To make matters worse, the pizza chef, a young woman, came along and said there were TWO anchovies, as if I'd been mistaken (and I was already annoyed at demonstrating, criticizing). In the meantime, I had stopped waiting for the waiter to report the problem, and the pizza was now perfectly cold! I'll bring you two anchovies... which never arrived.

18/07/2025: We walked into this pizzeria asking for service as quickly as possible because we were in a hurry. The pizzas arrived promptly, and the high quality made it a fantastic experience. Truly excellent and easy to digest. I highly recommend it.

13/07/2025: Deliciosa comida en un bello entorno y un servicio excelente. Comimos filetes perfectamente cocinados, pasta con ragú de jabalí y pasta con tinta de sepia y cangrejo; todos estaban fabulosos. La tarta de queso y frutos rojos, el tiramisú y el pastel de pistachos fundido fueron un final encantador para la comida.

23/06/2025: Oggi a pranzo sono stato presso questa osteria situata nel centro storico di Pisa. Propone i tipici piatti della tradizione toscana, serviti in porzioni piuttosto abbondanti. Dopo aver scelto il vino, una buona mezza bottiglia di Chianti Superiore "Meme" 2023, dell'Azienda Petrognano di Montelupo Fiorentino (FI) ho iniziato con delle bruschette con salciccia lardo di Colonnata e un piccolo coccio di pecorino fuso, molto saporite anche se forse il pane della bruschetta è risultato un po' alto e duro. Come secondo ho preso una buonissima tagliata di manzo con il lardo di Colonnata, servita perfettamente al sangue, una vera delizia. Un'acqua e un caffè completano il pasto, per un conto finale di 57 Euro, da ritenersi corretto. Locale consigliato.

The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to explain each preparation and offer professional advice. A place that caters not only to celiacs, but to anyone who loves authentic, healthy, and authentic artisanal pastries.
