27/04/2025: Il locale è carino ma il servizio non è organizzato bene e passa molto tempo tra una portata e l’altra. La pizza ad impasto integrale è risultata come non adeguatamente cotta, Delle due pizze ordinate una è arrivata al tavolo fredda. Altri tavoli vicini le pietanze sono arrivate in ritardo e una bistecca arrivata fredda.

26/04/2025: I've been here twice during my holidays in Maremma and I absolutely recommend it! The products are of excellent quality, the staff is kind and very knowledgeable... the owner Luca was able to recommend a truly exceptional wine to accompany our Florentine! The quality - price ratio is also excellent... if you pass by here don't miss the opportunity to live a real culinary experience at "Il Tagliere"

24/02/2025: I stayed in the hotel one weekend in February, I was very satisfied with the excellent food, as well as the service and welcome with attention to the smallest details, especially in the attention to the customer. Compliments to the elegance in the ways of the lady owner Emanuela. The cleanliness and furnishings of the rooms are also excellent. Excellent breakfast room, with a buffet full of savory and sweet dishes from A to Z. Very refined and stylish lunch/dinner room. THANK YOU!

25/04/2025: Lunch on Easter Sunday, the owner was really kind and helpful in finding us a table. Fixed menu based on fresh fish, all cooked very well. The staff was smiling and courteous, the service was fast and organized. The atmosphere is welcoming, a trattoria that evokes old memories while expressing good and current cuisine.

29/04/2025: You could tell from breakfast that we would be fine, once we crossed the threshold of the restaurant for lunch we were able to enjoy an excellent Tuscan menu with typical appetizers (the crostini were excellent), homemade first courses (we had the tortelli, four large Maremma-style with ragù or butter and sage filled with ricotta and spinach, but the other first courses we saw passing by also looked inviting) and lamb with potatoes, to finish with cantucci and vin santo. Cost 30 euros per person with water, wine and bitters, friendly and kind service and owners, you can see that they carry on the tradition with passion!! If I didn't live so far away I would go back immediately to try the Florentine steak!

25/04/2025: After 20 years we had the opportunity to return to taste Sbrana's dishes! I can only reconfirm the pleasure of the first time! Excellent pappardelle and a fantastic Florentine steak at a fair price. The staff was truly friendly and welcoming.

07/09/2024: First time in Follicano. We found Grotta Follis online and just went there. It was very good. We had the appetizer and Ravioli. Actually the appetizer was a hole meal we didn’t needed the Ravioli but just wanted to taste - it was good!

05/09/2024: What a wonderful place, great and simple food, friendly service and just a bit away from the loud touristic area but at the same time close to it. Till now the best food I had in Follonica.

09/09/2024: Pleasant place in the center of Castiglione della Pescaia... very intimate and pleasant place (for a couple) Courteous and kind, the Starred Chef cooks at the top... I highly recommend, I came back specifically to eat excellent food... excellent prices... I recommend to couples and families...
