07/08/2024: It's worth making a detour from any itinerary that takes you to the Maremma to visit Manciano and have an aperitif in this place. You will find excellent artisanal cheeses as well as pork or wild boar cured meats, wines, rum, whisky, grappa, typical and non-typical jams and sauces, the sight of the tidy and colorful shelves fills your eyes, Debora's kindness and sweetness fills your heart and you he immediately hears in the shop downstairs; in the window next door Gioia prepares fantastic platters with the shop's products and pairs delicious and refined local wines. The best aperitif in 4 days around Tuscany: for €30 we got 2 glasses, plus a third for tasting, an estathe and a water for the children who ate the platter with us and we left full and satisfied. We couldn't resist taking a photo before tasting, but there were no empty spaces on the cutting board. An absolutely unmissable stop.

30/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato piu' volte in questo splendido posto, ma colgo adesso l'occasione per lasciare una recensione in quanto l'ultima volta siamo andati a cena accompagnati da amici da fuori regione.. Che dire, nessuna parola potrebbe reggere il confronto con la visione del luogo.. Veramente un posto fuori dal mondo, una sorta di casale al quale si accede da una cancello che si apre alla vista dei visitatori offrendo loro tutta la bellezza di un prato verde e supercurato, come tutte le rose che fanno da cornice alla struttura. I gazebi enormi gemelli per le cene all'esterno si inglobano ed nella purezza e nella delicatezza della struttura, nella quale predominano colori bianchi e tenui, di un eleganza e raffinatezza veramente degna di nota. La struttura a conduzione famigliare permette anche di gustare di pietanze fatte in casa personalmente dalla titolare la quale dimostra anche di essere un'eccellente pasticcera nel creare torte per matrimoni. Lodevoli le pietanze e l'atmosfera del luogo, specialmente di sera, che rende questo posto un pezzo di sogno fuori da ogni tempo.

28/08/2024: We had dinner on 5 consecutive evenings and it was an excellent dining experience. Well cooked dishes with quality products. Every evening was a positive experience with dishes always up to par. Very friendly owners and staff. We had dinner outside in a gravel garden covered with sheets and well lit. Even inside, given the bad weather, in a place that lets you savor the good times gone by with terracotta floors and a large fireplace. Excellent value for money.

25/08/2024: Delicious food, unfortunately not everyone speaks English, which led to small misunderstandings for us.

16/08/2024: Informal and quiet place to eat good quality meat. The restaurant is located in an unlikely and "strange" place (industrial area), far from any type of walk or traffic and therefore you have to go there on purpose but it is worth it to spend a couple of hours enjoying good dishes accompanied by a good glass of wine. Very honest prices and availability and courtesy are a significant plus. If we have the opportunity to be in the area we will definitely return.

28/08/2024: We had the octopus sandwich and the fish and chips sandwich. It was good but a little dry and missing a little something to make it better. But that’s our tastes. Maybe the plates are better. On the other hand, the lady at the counter was really very nice and we were served quickly.

14/08/2024: It was a relaxing experience, excellent and worth repeating. Very beautiful structure, professional and very kind staff, excellent swimming pool area and breakfast. We were disappointed by the quantity/quality/price ratio of the two dinners consumed in the Braceria S. Luigi and in the restaurant inside the hotel. In the barbecue area I would also pay more attention to the cleaning of the canopy covering the tables (the part visible from the table was not a nice sight).

04/08/2024: I recently discovered this restaurant and, although I was initially a little skeptical because restaurants in the center are often touristy and neglect quantity, I was pleasantly surprised. The portions are generous and the shank I ate was exceptional. Prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

30/08/2024: Una vera e propria tragedia. Ci piaceva provare questo ristorante apparentemente carino con i suoi pochi tavoli all esterno cosi abbiamo prenotato. Solo per portare l acqua almeno 45 minuti. Dopo 1 ora si sono degnati di prendere l ordine. Antipasto decente ma... i primi una cosa imbarazzante! Ravioli scolati ancora con l acqua di cottura nel piatto e un cucchiaio di ragu di spigola buttato sopra, linguine all astice con un lontano parente dell astice duro come un sasso, palesemente congelato, linguine alle vongole senza alcun sapore...tutti i primi scotti e sciapi, veramente una cosa tragica. Una cameriera bionda di una maleducazione assurda, le abbiamo chiesto l acqua dato che il nostro cameriere non ce la portava da tempo e lei con sgarbo ci ha detto: e io mica servo i tavoli fuori. Senza parole veramente!!!
